Sometimes Taylor's vocals can be so smooth and sweet like Lana. I love it when she back up vocals on some of songs like Best Days of Your Life, Two Is Better Than One and Babe. It's something about her voice that gives harmony and smoothness. I think that's one of Taylor's underappreciated things of hers. Like in this part 4:44 See what I mean?

This song was so fitting in the reputation era. She really lost a bunch of fake friends. People doubted her more than ever, she was even name-called. There were articles saying how her “reputation tour is shaping up to be a disaster” but she came through with it being the highest grossing North American tour in history. She really ‘made it to the top’ and I believe she’ll only keep on achieving more. I’m so proud of myself for stanning her lol.

I think this is THE best live cover I have ever heard. The lyrics are so strong, their voices fit so well together, the performance from both of them is just perfectly spot on and finally the solo parts are fantastic, especially from 3:00 and on. I too hope Taylor would make a song or two like this, or at least just more with this kind of meaning ('Change' is probably her one song that comes close to this one).

This was very good.. I don't think her singing abilities are incredible, but she knows how to sing for her voice and she knows how to captivate an audience, so she is a star in her own right. Plus, many musicians don't write their own stuff and she is a writer to boot, so.. I think that's kinda what made her famous. She writes hits and has a commercial face.

I loved how she started the song, it was a more modern touch maybe? her vocals were stronger than I've ever heard. Then MJB came on and took it to another level, I felt like she was trying to uplift Taylor, from almost a maternal perspective - it made me tear up.

True. Most other pop singers probably couldn't keep up with Mary's vocals but Taylor did. I'd actually love to see her perform with other legend vocalists like Celine and Mariah.

This Swiftie hadn't heard Mary J., the Godmother of HipHop, until I saw this vid. Then after reading about her very difficult early life and her perserverence in breaking through the barriers to women performers in HipHop, I found myself another hero. And even though Tay has been sharing her life with her fans since she was 13, this was the first time I'd see her share her ongoing daily insecurities and doubts with a stadium full of 70,000 people. Sharing the fact that even the most loved person on Earth can have constant doubts that have to be struggled with. Brought me to tears. The thing that gave me tremendous respect for Taylor Swift, was at 3:46, she became Mary J. Blige's BACKGROUND SINGER; and after that, took a solo only after Ms. Blige asked her to. And THEN, just jump around and lip-sinc'd like any other Mary J. Blige fan in that audience.

First time seeing this. Love it so much. T.Swift has been gaining respect in my eyes in the past few months that I've actually started paying any attention to her, but this collab is so unexpectedly amazing. Mary J. Blige is the queen. I loved her as a teenager in high school because of all her positive messages about staying strong as a woman in a tough world. Taylor's voice is pretty strong and soulful in this one. I hope somehow this comment brings this video back from "the dead" for many out there.

I just had gone to Zayn' channel where he had posted the IDWLF acoustic. The comments there making fun of Taylor and saying how the respective album wad better cause, "Snake wasn't hissing." It honestly broke my heart. Cause no matter what happens and whom you love, you gotto respect people who are trying their best. Zayn wouldn't have had so many views or would have made the song top without this girl out her. She is in top in her career cause she has did something really appreciable. You can dislike people all you want but no need to be over the top to pull someone down. But this video, it made me feel good. And even the comments here. God, I love her. She has such a sweet voice and damn her for being an angelic human. This performance of hers is literally slap on the fact of haters. 💯

I laughed when this video popped up, seeing that Mary J performed with Taylor. I mean, who the hell is Taylor next to MARY who I've been following since 1992 (!!!). But I ended up getting goos bump and having tears in my eyes hearing this song and seeing (the love between) two strong ladies!!! Black or white, young or old... We're all the same, struggling with the same!!!!!!!!! :-)

So powerful when Mary J says 'and that's the end' at the end of the video because, if you think about yourself at the end of your own story, if you keep powering through confident in your own success, every word of this song will be true for you too.

The collab actually, no one knew we needed. Neither a Swiftie nor a regular listener of Mary's music. Came across this video and understood the story behind it. They slayed it, and what a class act, where two most loved queens expressing their story musically. Both shined and definitely brought me to tears. More cheers.

Heard this first in 2016, I broke down crying, was going through depression, self-doubt, self-hate and stress. Hearing this now in 2018, I'm crying, thinking about everything I've overcome, in college, started my own business, in a healthy relationship with someone, friends and family, no sign of depression in Jesus' mighty name, basically, living my best life. So I'm going to say this: the darkest, darkest times come right before the dawn (this doesn't mean there won't be dark times again) but now I've learnt to overcome doubt, and self hate, and low self esteem, and everything in between. I wake up everyday feeling blessed and favored no matter what I'm going through, and I'm adding Doubt by Mary J Blige and Taylor Swift(QUEEN) to my success story !

This just proves that Taylor Swift can sing. Mary J. Blige is such an inspiration. Wow both artists put together is just heaven. Love Love Love this!
