He is truly missed in my life but spiritually he is present in our lives(that is, us fans that knew Marvin as more than just another singer, but also as our inspirational friend and brother) as we hear and listen to a Marvin tune it takes us to a place of remembrance, ( something God tells us to do, to remember and not forget where He brought us from) which can be a tremendous Blessing or not, it all depended on What was Going On. its rather heartbreaking given all that Marvin went through in his professional and personal life that he felt that he didn't desire to live any more.....he really felt unloved which is very sad. If no one on earth loved him God certainly did.... praying that he made peace b4 he left us......The same thing goes with Micheal and Prince.....people that have this level of God given talent seem to have hardest time and greatest personal challenges. Rest in Power Marvin Pentz Gaye you have no idea how much you are missed may the posistive vibes in your music continue to inspire in posistive ways. Marvin had his issues but he loved and trusted God. I certaintly wish there were more artists like him that made music that has posistive and not negative messages Marvin Gaye was talking to us about life, love , and peace.
