Ironically, Thor is the most human character in the entire MCU. Matured over all the trauma and lose. Masked all his anger and pain with humor. Thought himself a failure. Hit rock bottom and used all that pain and guilt and anger to turn his life around. His whole character arc inspired me to hold on, to say, "what more could i lose?" The god, who taught us what being human means.

He lost everyone but he still killed Thanos .He is one of my favorite avenger. The strongest avenger

Depowering Thor is absolutely the first thing I hate about Endgame. What's even the point of Captain Marvel in EndGame . The movie would have been equally great if that character wasn't there. I don't hate Captain Marvel but I should say the way she was introduced is really bad and unnecessarily rushed.

@@Shiva_Codes Yeah the character had no point; she had no connection to the infinity stones. Her point was to give the Avengers a leg up, but they already did. The Avengers that were left would be more than enough to beat Thanos without a single stone. Thanos gave them their leg up by destroying the stones, so the arrogant mortals could not use them as they pleased. Every moment where Captain Marvel does something they could instead have Thor doing it.

It shows his grief through the scene where the axe is forged. He's still reeling from the death of his brother, motivated to defeat Thanos. The sun shines on him but he's without his brother. So he now has his axe, which since the sun shone on it, is symbolically Loki.

People say that the most worked and deep character in the MCU is Tony Stark. Tony Stark is indeed very constructed, however, I believe that Thor's background and psychology is pretty more deep than Tony's. Most people were unhappy with fat Thor Lebowsky, I believe this was the logical next step of his background.

Cap isn't, Tony is a better develop character than Cap, if you prefer Cap that's fine; there's no problem in that, we all have a different fav character, but he is not a better develop character than Tony and Thor is a deep and complex character, it may seem inconsistent to many, but is the way he deals with his pain, grieve, loss and doubts what makes him seen as an inconsistent character, when he in reality though is that he's a deep and a complex one, and yeah he changes, he has being through a lot and has lost everything; it's not just that he lost everything is the traumatic way that in which he has lost them what has molded his psyque .. Sorry for my bad english🙏 I hope you are able to understand what I wrote many ✌

@@cprw10 consistncies matter Thor sucked as a character like it or not I love Tony but his development was a bit one note like he looked and seemed the same most of the time except for iron man 3 where faced his inner demons and fixed the problems he created but overall he was great but cap is most likely the best executed character in the MCU

And you shouldn't be rude, if you dislike or hate Thor soo much, then you shouldn't be on tributes dedicated to him saying that he sucks because that's just rude, I don't go to the Cap's tributes saying that Stark is better and that Cap sucks, neither I say that Thor is better.... If you want to be curious and watch Thor's videos that's fine, but don't be rude because obviously on Thor's fan tributes are going to be many Thor's fans..

Well with the female thor and the direction Marvel/Disney seem to be going towards I would expect male thor to remain the same, and female thor to be more powerful. Which is just stupid and catering to politics... Nothing against woman, but it's dumb to let political climates control your storytelling, like can't we just for once drop politics? With that said, I am excited about Black Widow and Scarlett Witch's movie/TV show.

@@MrComputerCoder I do not think she'll be stronger than actual Thor. I think she'll basically be Thor as he was before he lost Mjölnir. Not full God of Thunder Thor as we're familiar with in the last couple movies, that's... That's unique to Thor, and as Odin said, no one can take that from him.

Thor is not gonna stop fighting until fate wants him to stop he has put his life on the line every single time he fought everything he lose gives him the only hope he needs to carry on He even fights without hope but every time he tries to carry on he blames himself for something he could not predict and stop what god has done to him every corner he turns on something bad happens he Had some stuff happen to him that is hard for him to get over but now he realizes that fate isn’t the only thing keeping him alive giving him momentum all the strength he needs to survive he has been beaten through hell but he still gets back up and carry’s on No matter the task he had always gotten *Back Up* Gotta love Thor’s life story and what it leads to

I don't think he will. He has stormbreaker now, so Jane can have Mjolnir without anyone losing their worthiness (at least I hope so, it would ruin the emotional moment of when he gets his hammer back in endgame otherwise)

Even if he becomes unworthy he still posses his thunder powers and his strengh. The powers didn t come from the hammer. But the person who can lift his hammer can have his powers. It isn t like in comics. But fuck even if he becames unworthy it sucks because he really needs a break

Thanks to this and a similar video, I am convinced how dramatic the storyline is in Thor. If in “Ragnarok” and “Avengers: Endgame” he had not been cast as a clown, but attracted strong scriptwriters, then he would easily have made all the audience empathize with him. But even without this, I was able to penetrate this character: being the strongest, he paid the appropriate fee for this, losing all his loved ones. Nevertheless, he did not give up and continued on his way. Thanks for this video, man)

I think you somewhat miss the... point of him being cast as a clown, as you say. For the simple reason of... he's only *acting* like a clown. He jokes, and laughs, because the alternative is either blinding rage or crippling sorrow. This was even true in Ragnarok, with his father dying in front of him and his newfound sister currently doing gods know what on Asgard. It was put on a smile, or give up. And giving up is, as you say, not something he does.

I watch a lot of these Thor clips, by far the best one I’ve seen yet, really great work!

I agree with you on one point. Your right everyone is talking about Tony or Steve and Thor has the most powerful evolution, BUT I think that Thor 1 and 2 are not the worst MCU movies. I like them very much I dont understand the hate the only shit in this movies is Jane foster. If she wasnt in the movies they would be very good.

The character's who were emotionaly drowned and felt really weak, vulnerable were tony, and mainly thor. I would say it because thor lost all of his members that he cared about and at the end of infinity war he's pissed because of his failure, then tony who have already seen the end during the ultron but didn't tell them, hes been carrying that burden for many years. So its okay for showingl their vulnerable side in endgame

I resonate with Thor more than I'd like to admit... I hope to be worthy in the eyes of my father one day. I hope, when I see them in the Corpse Hall that they are proud. And I wish my exit to be spectacular.

Well done and Thor 1 is still one of the best movies.
