Nova is said to be making an appearance in the MCU very soon. It has been debated which version of Nova we'll get to see (Richard Ryder or Sam Alexander - or both!). Since Endgame, we know that Thanos destroyed Xandar in order to gain the Power Stone. While this wasn't shown on screen, Thor informed the Guardians of the Galaxy this had happened and, any fan of Nova will know, that this could have been the moment Nova was created.
The first Nova, Richard Ryder, gained his powers from the last surviving member of the Nova Corps. He was chosen to inherit the Nova Force without much instruction as to how to use it. This trailer sees the moment Ryder receives that Force, the result is a lot of destruction…
While the Avengers were busy defending Earth from Thanos, it is very likely that Richard Ryder was learning how to use his new abilities - ready to be revealed in a future marvel film!

Do you think that the Nova Corps survived cause knowing Thanos, he would have wiped out half of Xandar?

I have been waiting for this ever since I saw the Nova Corps in Guardians. I still have my first edition run of The Man Called Nova from the 70's. Yea, I know, I'm showing my age. But, I'm still a kid at heart. If we are picking actors I recommend Asa Butterfield. He has the look and the gravitas to be a great Richard Ryder. Make Mine Marvel!
