Marvel are killing punisher off due to the characters controversy. The character may still exist in some form.. but not the way we know. So may not be a good fit. He originally was a marvel knight.

Nico was served pretty badly in Marvel Future Fight

Robbie Reyes, Nico Minoru and Magik?! Not inclusions I had expected, but seeing those characters get their time in the spotlight is awesome. Plus the game itself looks incredible

I like the idea of more focused Marvel games. Like a little mini crossover instead of trying to make everything a massive Secret Wars mega event. Love the mega events but sometimes you just want a little focused story with just a smaller handful of characters.

Where's Marvel Ultimate Alliance 1 and 2? We need the full trilogy on switch!

Its always been a dream game of mine to have an X-men X-com or Fire Emblem style of game. I always thought the in combat support stuff would work really well, like Wolverine and Colossus getting bonuses or being able to fastball special when fighting in squares next to each other ect. And building Xaviers school and upgrading the subterranean parts for the team like the base in X-com, going out on missions on the blackbird and all that, maybe randomly generated mutant power students from the school to recruit to teams as well as the named hero units like Storm and Gambit ect you could collect during story missions. I guess this isn't exactly that, but its the closest yet. Looks like it could be cool with firaxis experience in the genre. Midnight suns is a weirdly specific angle to go with, but I'm still curious to see more gameplay.

I like that they are bringing more variety of heroes to Marvel games, with the inclusion of Robbie Reyes' Ghost Rider, this is what makes me happy, that they are giving more participation to other heroes / villains that are not the same as always

As much as I like Iron Man, I'm hoping he and Captain Marvel are just included more for recognizability. I'd like a proper Marvel Horror game and although having big guns in may make sense pending scale, I'd much rather see mystic and horror heroes take center stage.

Once I saw 2K, I groaned. Then I did some research and realized it's the XCOM crew. Now, I'm very interested. And the lineup? SWEET! Could this be an RTS starring the Marvel universe? Woot! EDIT: it is actually an RPG that plays nothing like XCOM. And now, I'm even more excited!!

Felt pretty weak to me. I mean, if it had been original it might have been okay, but Hetfield's Enter Sandman vocals have been utterly ingrained for almost 3 decades. You either need to come at it from a completely different angle or be able to compete with that power on equal terms. This version did neither.

Can we get an Adamantium Rage Remake or New game with that Wolvey Armor 🥺Please?🙏

From what I read, this will be a tactical RPG in the vein of XCOM based on the Midnight Sons team (which is a team based around Marvel's more supernatural heroes).

He has been put in stuff ever since Ike Perlmutter left marvel. He is practically the Xmen poster boy. Midnight suns is supposed to be mostly supernatural characters but he still gets in because of his popularity.

Me and some fans are pleasantly surprised that Marvel acknowledged that The Runaways exist by putting team leader the teen mage Nico Minoru aka Sister Grimm on the base roster when hardly anyone expect the most hardcore of comic fans actually know The Runaways is a teen anti-hero group in the comics along knowing that Nico despite not being at the powerhouse levels of characters like Magik, Wanda, and Doctor Strange is still a powerhouse mage in her own right.

Tbh I expect the MCU to introduce Ghost Rider in the near future, both Johnny Blaze and Robbie Reyes

Let's see if I can do a proper role call from left to right; Doctor Strange, Magik, Iron Man, Wolverine, Ghost Rider, Blade, Captain America, Nico Minoru and Captain Marvel. I'm also guessing the character in the middle is the customizable protagonist called the Hunter. This game in general could be interesting if done right... and that Enter Sandman cover is pretty badass.
