Absolutely. The part where Magneto rips the Adamantium out of Wolverine’s pores is epic. Xavier sees what just happened, gets furious, and mind wipes Magneto. This event leads to the creation of Onslaught.

As soon as I saw that "Jeannie" I knew it was a Logan.

Not gonna lie......didnt expect that surprise vilian at all but understanding how he was originally created.......this version makes sense.

My childhood era of comics is the 1990s Age of Apocalypse arc through to the end of the Onslaught saga with Heroes Reborn / Heroes Return. Awesome seeing a return to those stories.

Love your enthusiasm for the stories. Makes me want to read them all!

For me its cool to look back and see the transition of the characters looks change over time as styles change. I forget how completely cheesy superhero costumes use to be, but it sure is (as Rob would say ) DOPE to remember!

According to Marvel's hierarchy, The Void was classed as level 8 and Onslaught as level 9. You gonna need Merged Void from the seige story for Onslaught.

All New X-Men was an interesting idea that just kept on going long after everyone was sick of it.

So this is how the multiversal Wolverine team gets started. It would make more sense if it was a team of Jean Greys, but its Wolverine. I see Marvel doing something like DC and just cutting down on the multiverses in the future.

wasnt the exiles first ? the exiles was the first time i read a comic of a team formed by alternate versions from different universes this time instead of teams with different characters they are forming teams with alternate versions of the same charcter

Meh . Onslaught is alright , but definitely wacking himself too much . No way does he defeat any cosmic entitities or threats like Thanos . Keep to what you are onslaught . A single planetary threat . This is why DC is much more interesting nowadays

Really great story

It's interesting that we have Onslaught here and yet we still don't know who has been massacring tresspasers on Krakoa. Because everyone was confused by how Charles could be doing it and we discovered that even he doesn't know. The last time we saw Onslaught manifest was when Xavier was so distraught and dissolusioned that all of the mental blocks that kept his dark side in check were down - and the fall of Krakoa would qualify as very distressing for him.

The moment you described that Jean shut down magneto I had thr thought that it sounded just like Onslaught's origin story.

Oh man thank the gods a better Onslaught story then the last one they did recently that had a great build up but for me just kinda fell flat at the ending. The OG Onslaught story was one of my favorite storys and i was lucky enough to be into comics and read it as it came out. I cant wait for more of this story!

Everything about this whole video was extremely dope. Especially the issue. Jean grey, to Iceman, to onslaught. Man, man, Mann! Even though speculation suggests otherwise, and army of Logans is oblivious to fathom. There's no retreat or running. Instakill. Phoenix Logan, hellverine, etc. But obviously, an army of sabertooths would deployed. Still tho, awesome s#!+

Any variation of Onslaught is a character I can truly appreciate. However, I wonder if he and The Adversary would stand against each other. Personally, I think that The Adversary would work better as a villain, since the character's array of powers (and godhood) makes for an interesting analogue for Apocalypse.
