Overwatch 2 turned me off from playing these games. I expect constant hacking from the creators themselves and the future sports teams. Think I’m gonna pass!

I love Magneto and main Sigma so he seems great.

It wasn't audibly said but it reads that magneto's ult pulls projectiles. So i imagine its used as a counter ult rather than a finisher

From my time thus far, tanking in this game feels quite different. I think that will be the biggest learning curve for most people coming from other hero shooters/team-based games. Tanks like Hulk, Magneto and Peni Parker don't have traditional "defensive" play styles and have to find other ways to peel for their team. Good guides on how to effectively use the different tanks will be probably one of the more important pieces of info for folks getting into the game.

Yeah, also Supports as well. I'm a support main in most shooters and I can tell that most of supports are going to require resource management and more DPS synergy. Unlike most games, the tank syngergizes with the Support

@@jamelbunny5732 You're right, it's from his Krakoa Era costume. They even included the Krakoan "M" on his cape. I really like seeing the more recent comic stuff get represented, but I agree the classic red and purple should be available. I'm guessing it'll either be payed or you have to grind a ton to get it.

I doubt it. I tried it on a GTX 1070 and 16G RAM. It runs and can keep a steady framerate but I had to keep everything on the lowest settings and it has randomly crashed on me a couple of times. It has forced me to upgrade my card and RAM so that I can get better performance.

My game is so laggy and runs like crap the performance

@@mewybee If things stay the way they are in the alpha, the monetization is waaaaay better than OW2. You're able to earn in-game currency from daily, weekly and seasonal tasks at a good rate. Each weekly challenge gives about 25% of the currency you need to buy a skin and it looks like there's 8 or 10, plus about another 4 to 5 daily challenges (that give less currency but can be finished in just 1 or 2 matches). The challenges are basic things, like "Play X matches", or "Heal X amount of damage", etc. Simple tasks that you'll earn just by playing. There are also challenges for each hero that earn you extra currency and sprays, etc. Overall, it looks and feels far more player-friendly than OW2.

@@ahmadmims8852 I'm sure there's going to be some kind of "premium" currency as well and almost certainly there will be special cosmetics that will be premium-purchase only. The devs have said that the game will not be "pay to win", meaning no locking characters behind a paywall, so all purchasable content should be strictly cosmetic. Doing some rough math, it looks like on average, you'd be able to unlock 1 or maybe 2 "legendary" type cosmetics per week of play or three to four "epic" equivalent cosmetics (recolor skins, emotes, etc.). Obviously, what they have available to sample right now is limited and who knows what will change between now and full release.

So he's Sigma ....

The only thing that’s similar to sigma is that he has a shield, and sigmas shield can leave his side, stays up as long as he wants too. Magnetos doesn’t have health and is only by him for 3 seconds. Nothing else is like sigma at all except for that he floats a little bit

honestly this game's character design looks kinda mid. so much wasted potential like why isnt magneto's ult ramming a giant train into the enemies or something more impressive than just a big ball of metal. its still in alpha but dont think they will be changing character's kit that much, like all their kits just dont look very fun hopefully they change that

For whatever reason they decided that everyone has to have at least a resemblance of each Owerwatch Character. Where it's somewhere fine, like for Star Lord and Iron Man (Tracer and Pharah), Magneto's design just suffers under a Sigma rip off.
