I feel like it's really rare to hear you so hyped up about a figure; your excitement for the quality of this figure is what sold me on getting one too!

Love the character design. Nice to see Hasbro knocking it out of the park! So far, the Doctor Strange figures have not disappointed.

they finally did a good job... but on a figure hardly anyone really knows about. she looks like a teenager witch for the Adam family... great review by the way

alright Anthony, I'd Hasbro releases any more of the Runaways, I will give a basic rundown: Nico: a witch who possesses the staff of one, which by title can only cast a spell once, and was the current leader. Carolina: a lesbian rainbow alien, no idea how to explain her powers. Chase: the techno geek. Molly: a mutant who survived House of M, and has super strength, who also called Wolverine(her crush) a jerk. Victor: "son" of Ultron, who in the future would kill all the heroes ( Ultron has an one track mind doesn't he). Klara: controls plants and is from the early 19 hundreds(?) Old lace: a certain dinosaur but looks like a valsarapter, had a psychic connection to Gurtute. Gurtute (Deceased): could talk to Old Lace. Alex ( Deceased): past leader of the Runaways and was going to sacrifice them to the old ones. other than that the only other thing that's important is that their parents were evil and they try to keep villians from doing what their parents did

Big fan of Nico from the RUNAWAYS comic and I'm pleased to see her figure turned out so well. Great quality, great paint. NOTE! The pink energy effect can be removed from the Staff of One - it is not glued on nor is it part of the sculpt. I've removed my energy blob and managed to snake it around her forearm for a nice "casting" effect.

I think she's better known as sister grimm

I feel like with the latest Marvel Legends line, the figures are definitely improved from what the standard was for Marvel Legends.

I like how they paint these characters that aren't all that well known so well. Haha. She is a cute goth looking chick, I like it.

Definitely looks great. ML does this all the time, though. gives you that one awesome figure, and makes you keep buying for that next one.

Such a great figure! Got mine yesterday, it's great. Nico is part of the teen super hero team the Runaways, and she is the daughter of a Japanese witch and wizard, and her staff is the staff of one, a magical and powerful staff that can cast any spell, but only once. She originally had only 2 regular arms, but her arm was cut off and she got a new magical one, which is why she has that purple-pink like magical arm that has the same powers as the staff of one.

I just picked her up last night. A damn good figure actually. I was kind of shocked. Her joints are all nice and tight, but smooth enough(a rarity in a lot of Legend figures) despite having no real knowledge of the character, I just wanted her to make a custom original Sith out of her lol.

Noooo another good review but ur badass posing music isnt in there @ the end :( thumbs up! Update sry it is in, but its behind the black screen xD

Yeah I do need it that's probably the best figure I've seen in a while imo anyways.

Absolutely LOVE this figure. If I had to nitpick anything it would be that she doesn't look Japanese whatsoever (but then they named her Nico not NIKO so...)

Hasbro's been doing a pretty good job with the recent Legends. Much better than their showing from last year.

How do you get excited about a character if you have no idea who they are?

Cody Mosby sometimes the figure is very well constructed, painted, designed, etc. That you just buy it because it looks good.

I knew nothing about Figuarts Beerus when I bought him. I got him cause I like cats and Egyptian motifs and he looked fun. Actually, he's swesome. You can be excited about a figure and not know about the character. Kids did it for generations before the tie-ins with other media

Not pertinent to the review? It's inherently pertinent to the review. Without the character this figure would not exist. Yes, you're basing your review off paint and sculpt but also whether or not the figure accurately represents the character. What if she used a gun instead of a staff? Say she uses a staff, but her magic energy is actually green instead of magenta? What if a hulk figure had an otherwise fantastic sculpt and great articulation but didn't come with fists? *coughfaceoffhulkcough* That's a flaw worth mentioning and is a small step to take. It doesn't take long to read a fictional character's biography on Wikipedia and do a google image search. For the record I won't be buying this figure because I don't have an emotional connection to the character it's based on, despite it possibly being the best figure of the wave.

+Glen Tyler anyone who does care about the character doesn't need me to tell them about the accuracy. Anyone who isn't connected to the character only cares about the quality of the figure. Something like hulk having fists or not is subjective. Her having a gun instead of a staff is a terrible comparison because it's not realistic. Suggesting it's no big deal to research every aspect of every character that every figure is based on is also ridiculous. I already provide the most informative reviews on the most figures with the most variety ranging from marvel and dc, to anime and manga, transformers, video games, live action movie and tv, ...pretty much everything but little kids stuff. If you think I'm not doing enough, I think you're looking for something to be dissatisfied with.

I'm not saying you should be taking hours to research every aspect of a character. I'm saying scan a Wikipedia article and look up some pictures. Minimal effort is better than nothing. How is my gun example terrible? If you don't know anything about the character then you wouldn't know whether or not the the figure's accessories are actually accurate to the character or not. I took 5 minutes to research the character and found out that, in addition to her staff, she actually _does_ use a gun! She actually uses it almost as often as her staff! I would say that's pretty important to the review since she didn't come with a gun accessory or a trigger-finger hand to use one. And in terms of something like that being subjective; yeah, so what? Reviews are subjective. Without subjectivity these videos are no more than an overview. And if you truly did offer the most informative reviews then I would not have made my original comment. If you *truly* offered the most variety, information, and quantity then it follows you would be the most subscribed reviewer of MLs etc. on KZread. Considering that you're not, I'd say there's more to it than just those aspects. edit: deleted extra words
