I have this neck-breaking problem with my Upgraded Suit Spider-Man. The ball on the figure i massive and made for the unmasked head. But the masked head has a smaller connection making using the head very irritating. It doesn’t help that the plastic the necks made out of is very soft. And my figures neck as broken at the front. I’ll try this method someday, once I can get the tools needed to do so

My ironheart broke in her torso and I’m hoping this will fix it since I’ve already tried gluing it back together and it broke off

Thank you for making this, I just broke the neck of Emperor Palpatine with my force pull. I’m not going to buy another one. I tried fixing it but I think it’s beyond using this approach. I’ll try it. If it doesn’t work, I’ll have to buy a cheap figure and use that neck. Great info, though.

I don’t know if the glue will help from breakage but may e from stripping the ball off the screw.

Wonder if it's possible to add a double ball peg to that neck.

@@LifewithBrock I ended up cutting the ball off the neck, and keep the head on using a small bit of blu tack/ sticky tack. It works like a treat and stays on when the figure is upside down

You can use kiki liquid. It would be the easiest solution.

A plier with a sharp edge or I used my dremmel.

No. For this to work there has to be existing friction. For your broken joint you need a different technique. I have a video on how to fix a broken neck peg that may give you an idea how to fix it. Otherwise KZread the problem and someone will have a video.
