It definitely is a stunner, but that's not enough. It gives a feel of a stilted baleno from inside out, and leaves you thinking it costs a lakh or two for that 2 cm additional ground clearance. If only Maruti Suzuki had designed it with an upright stance and a better ride and handling, it would be topping the charts, right where the Tata Punch is. Right now it is and it will in future end up cannibalising Baleno.

Just subscribed. i had bought my Fronx Alpha Automatic, 10 months ago. Te car is absolutely fabulous. Your driving pattern trains the computers of the car. The extra push of petrol is curtailed when you drive with light foot. With change in driving pattern, the new pattern takes over slowly. I get 11 to 12 kmph in bumper to traffic. in normal traffic, when the average speed is around 35 kmph, the average is around 17 t0 18. On highways, with cruise control, the average is easily around 22 +. the figures are with 2 or 3 passengers and AC running all the time. By the way, I use premium petrol, which is good for engine and performance.

Can the combination of those 3 lights under the headlight be modified, I would prefer it to be a single light. It looks ridiculous, other than that a beautifully designed car

The more time I spend with the car, the more I agree to what you say!

My Nexon 2022 petrol with light foot below 2000 rpm for 150km with average speed 80kmph gave me 23+kmpl on highway with 2 passengers With 5 passengers and boot full on highway it gave 17kmpl where i cruised at 80-120 kmph

The fronx is very nice car, very good looking and nice features too. I own the fronx now for almost 6 and half months but i have a question, is there a button where you can turn off the speed warning sound. Because the sound wont go away at all. It will keep beeping for long times. Well i dont really care mich about it coz i put loud music but just wanna know how to turn it off if possible

at 10.60 in mumbai for an automatic its value for money.

Higher mounted lamps are useless in Foggy condition and scratters the beam and you can only see the lords ring. Been driving from 15 years, never use high beam in Fog.

Its not the higher mounted lamps that provide poor visibility in foggy conditions but the white LED lamps. Its an irony that lower variants of fronx with halogen projectors offer a way better visibility than the top specced ones with ice cube LEDs. Hasty design decision with an urgency to compete with hot selling Tata Punch.

@@AbidSuhail May be but, out of 365 days you only encounter 20 days with such visibility. For rest all LEDs work better in dry conditions

I have generally found AC systems of Maruti Suzuki to be really good. The Fronx has a good unit too.

My automatic Fronx - On highway it gives 21 km/ lt.last week travelled 431 kms for 21 lts.

The lag in gear change is irritating

Why do car review youtubers always talk about hard plastics, scratchy plastics... What's there to state in that? All are the same. All cars in this budget range will have the same. What is there to mention in it

Hi there! That is a very good question. While, I wouldn't want to comment about others, I mentioned it because the price of this top-spec model is about Rs 15 lakh on road and at this price point, you can get better plastic quality in other cars. The scratchiness directly translates into the surface feeling 'dry' which may not feel very premium. It is very subjective, I agree, but the scratchiness and 'hardness' of plastics was a way to communicate the touch and feel of the cabin. Just on the other hand, the Mahindra XUV 3XO offers a soft-touch dashboard in its top-spec variant and that feels a lot more premium! :)

is there rattling noises in the car? We own a 2013 WagonR and the amount of rattling noises and interior noises just make the driving experience poor. Same goes for my friend's Swift. Too much rattling noise
