No No No none of the safety chains were put in place :( After hanging the light after you do up c clamp do the safety chain before and thing else

hahaha, i noticed that too. But i figured he prepared them for later. At that moment, there is no real safety issue, the vipers are well attached to the rig, there is no one under them, and if he by any chance needed to change one that does not work properly after checking, it's faster. I guess he did the safety chains last, when everything else was good to go.
