Also on a separate note: you always cook/ bake a big portion ( so American in my eyes 😂) wonder if you eat that much? I mean it has so much refined sugar; oil/ butter: carbs etc .

Hazelnut is the bomb! ;o) Sharon aka Cole down here in Philly. I cannot believe men closed ranks around you for something they do all the time, but I guess one could look at it like 'earning' the man card, if you will. 💗💗💗💗💗💗 (this is how I saw the whole insider trading thing, which I don't totally understand because I do not, at all, have an education related to the world of trading/wall street/stocks/etc.)

Why do you insist on cups and spoons when pastry gets far better and consistent results by scaling and is used everywhere, even in the USA increasingly? It would be best to include both.
