She looks fabulous. So what if she has had cosmetic procedures, she looks great and doesn’t look overdone at all. Anyone who thinks she has not worked really hard to get where she is, is dead wrong. It takes a tremendous amount of work, time and dedication to build an empire. She deserves to enjoy her success.

Good for Martha... poise, beauty, class and intelligence All in one and at Every age! She is such an icon and inspiration. But even better... she continues to support Working Class and getting to Work. This zoom nation is too much, we are losing touch with humanity, and we need to stop killing our culture. We need to get up, take care of ourselves, our home, our families, go to work a full day, come home and do home life, and thrive, achieve and use our brains, stop clicking a button for everything for God sakes. What did He give us life for? To turn into useless robots? She represents that very important gold standard meaning and purpose of useful life! She is a true gem of wisdom that has slowly faded from this country today. Raising kids to know nothing but a cell phone is a disservice to them! We need brilliant, driven entrepreneurs and stable minded achievers like she is for us to truly survive and thrive. She is the best!

Part of working is interacting with your co-workers. I wonder when I hear these people say they hate their co-workers, maybe these people should take a look in the mirror. I don't know how anybody would want to spend their entire life inside their home/apt. I would go nuts after a few months. I like meeting co-workers and having lunch together, or meeting after work and going to the theater. I don't have any desire to crawl around in my PJ's the entire day. I would wager that a lot of these people are going to feel that way after they've been crawling around the house 12 months out of the year. Gads.

I love Martha, but she’s wrong about working from home. It’s not black and white. Everyone works differently. I’ve been working from home for the last 7 years, long before the pandemic ever happened, and I am so much more productive and efficient at home than I ever was in the office. Personally, the time I lost in traffic and chitchatting with coworkers over coffee made me much less productive than I am at home. I get twice as much done in half the time, because I haven’t no distractions and can focus. I’m an introvert, so maybe it’s just easier for me. I can see how extroverted people might have an issue. But on top of that, my observation is at people that work from home are happier, and that’s also really important. They have more time for themselves, and their family, especially if they’re women with small children. The flexibility working from home and gives you a better quality of life, and that will make your job more enjoyable, regardless of what type of job it is - that’s my observation. And I do believe it’s hear to stay. Not to mention lowers the business overhead. Win-win!

Jail time for her is like staying at a penthouse in Las Vegas. Bet she didn't even do actual time. It's a publicity stunt.

“My office is on a 3 day work week”, or your office has a hybrid schedule? Martha shouldn’t flap her gums if she doesn’t even know what she’s saying…btw it’s not “return to work”, it’s “return to office”, believe me most of us worked out butts off at home during the pandemic.

Embracing age???? No she ain't. Martha has embraced plastic surgery. Let's at least be honest.

Martha is dead wrong about remote work. It is so much better then going to the office. She needs to check her privilege.

Obviously, your not an Employer. People need to get back to the office. There is no substitute for training, learning, and collaboration with others. If you want to work remote….go do it. However don’t complain about employers that want there employees in the office.

@@b.l.8611 The comment wasn’t complaining about employers that want employees in office. “Substitute training” can be done via zoom which most companies have already adopted and still utilize in office. Consensus say that employees that work from home are happier.

She should be working instead of yapping. Maybe we need to raise taxes on the billionaires because they got so much time on their hands talking about how to work best.

You don’t get to billionaire level by yapping at others. Show some respect for people that are actually Hard Workers, and Creative people that have built multi-levels of different business opportunities. I’m sure she employs a lot of people in her business endeavors.

@b.l.8611 You become a billionaire by being corrupt. Or being graced as a trust fund baby. The whole "Hard work pays off" does not work for 90% of society. Notice how in politics its all NEPOTISM. Read a book, dude.

Martha - I love you, but you are wrong about the office. I work far more and many additional hours from home with no distractions or interruptions. I guess if you are baking cakes or making flower gardens you NEED to be in person. Please don’t generalize.
