We already calculate gmm in Marshall mix method ms-2 Why we find out anthore one... & which time Gmm (Thoritical maximum sp.gravity....) Plz plz explain me..... I m vary confused.....

Aap filker ko chodkar 1200 gm weight liye hain. Filker k sath 1200gm lena hota hai na! Then plus bitumen% dalenge.Bitumen chodkar 1200gram lena hota hai. Ek bar dekh lijiyega. Filler ko add kar k hi to Blending hota hai na.

What is the ratio of bitumen to aggregates? Are there any specifications for this?

1st one is virgin bitumen normal bitumen without any modifications. Modified bitumen means like polymer modified bitumen(PMB) and Crumb rubber modified bitumen(CRMB).

Sir compaction k baad agr hum specimen ko 24 hours se bhi zyada der k liye chhor dein for example mai testing 2 se 3 din baad karna chahta hoon to 2-3 din k liye specimen ko room temperature pe chhornay se kuch faraq aye ga? In short my question is, Specimen ko room temperature pe rakhnay ki minimum duration 24 hours hai lekn maximum duration kitni hosakti hai? One more question i would like to ask is, What is the basic content of filler material? Is it stone dust?

Yes you can left it but it should be in mould as well... If you left it without mould the core may be disturbed due to ambient temperature and it's self weight ... Second filler material usually cement used in asphalt.. Also marble dust, stone dust can be used as a filler filler material has its own grading so maintain it.

@@HIGHWAYENGINEERING Thanks for replying. Regarding my second question i have a few more questions.. As you have said above that stone dust can also be used as a filler. But in this video you have used stone dust in your blend then after blending you have again added 2% filler material into the blend. Please explain the following: 1. What type of 2% filler material is that? 2. Is it necessary to add that 2% when you have already used stone dust as a filler in your blend? 3. How does that extra 2% filler material affect Marshall Stability value?

Ek core banane ke liye 1200 gm lena he.... minimum 4 core banane hote he...with different BT content....

520 gm is the weight & not volume, please look into & rectify
