Hey guys,
I got the best amp of all time - REAL MARSHALL JCM 800 2203x (Reissue) and I combined it with Legendary Hot Mod V2 !
The Result is amazing - loads of gain and no need for boost pedal anymore.

EVH frankenstein relic series - Marshall jcm 800 2203x - Suhr Reactive Load IR with Vintage 30 IR - Focusrite 4i4 gen3 - Reaper - Reverb plugin.
00:00 - 1:07 (80s stuff)
1:07 - 1:19 (Marshall jcm 800 settings)
1:19 - 1:29 (Legendary Hot mod v2 settings)
1:29 - 3:40 (more 80s stuff)

nice recording.. what does it sound like to get the bass from the amp and not from the hot mod?

Thank you! I don't get the bass from the hot mod - the settings are down. I always tend to eliminate bass because marshall amps sound like aquarium when the bass is up.
What made you choose the hot mod evo over the mr. Scary mod? I‘m torn between the two. I‘d also put it in my JCM800 2203
