My goodness that thing is crisp and clear for a GoPro. I like it

I was going to get a session just because it is waterproof without a case. Now that this is out and not too expensive I think I will wait a little bit and grab one of these. Just so many features packed into one camera. Thanks for the review.

love the videos they are getting better as they go.. gopro has REALLY stepped there game up with this one. the camera is also voice activated which would be good when hook setting dont have to worry about turning it on and hitting the button.. have you thought of using a drone to amp up your vids?

No drone, at least not right now. It's expensive and I really don't want to spend that kind of money for one shot a video. Maybe in a year lol

Drew: on 2:46 was it the twisting/turning of the rod that might have caused the unhooking of that fish? That happened to me the other day and i'm thinking the changing of the angle might have caused that. Wonderful video and thx for sharing.

Gotta change angle depending where the fish is to maintain pressure and keep them moving in the right direction. Just never had the hook in him

I have both and they both are SOLID reels. I really like the C but the A has never let me down either. C is a tiny bit smoother and casts a tiny bit farther, but not much.

Conditions could be different, like tide, pressure, lunar phase, etc. Sometimes they aren't eating, not much you can do about it.

Well if you would of bought it from best buys you would of got a free 64 gig! But I went go carting and I recorded for about 25 min on and off and was at 60%. So I would get some extra batteries and fast charger if I were you:)

i have 2 64gb cards. and will get 2 extra batteries for my fishing trip. the Ranch should have wofi to upload to cloud. just want to make sure i ahve enough for 8 hours on the boat.
