Dear Sir, Have a good day. Firstly, thank you for the information you provided about the DV Lottery. It's very useful. I received my DV Visa interview appointment letter recently. On the 17th of January 2023. On January 25th, I got married. (The date was set before I received the interview letter) According to the interview letter, I cannot fill out the DS-260 for my spouse. You mean the host/ permanent address? It must be U.S legit address. If so, they don't bother. If it is a false address they will research of course

You do it in your entry and ds260 and only go with the proof documents to the interview

Can one get marry after getting the Visa before travelling if the he or she is not traveling with you?

Of course yes. but you wont go with the partner. You will have to use the family way through petition after some time in the US

Have proof documents of your relationship before she applied for the DV lottery e.g. printed chats, photos together, marriage plans documents and anything
