Because when it gets emotional it can get messy. You don’t want an emotional relationship with a one time threesome situation. If you want an emotional relationship then thats a poly relationship and thats a whole different thing. As long as the other woman understands shes just a play thing and that it’s not an emotional relationship and is ok with that then thats ok. If thats not for you thats fine but you don’t need to judge others for what they like to do behind closed doors.

The nail conversation made me feel so lucky and fortunate of my partner…. Back at the end of 2023 I went through a really bad mental health crisis (nearly committed & tried to end own life) and through a therapy program I went through & what not really started focusing on self care and small things to look forward to Getting my nails done once a month has definitely been one of those important things to me…. My partner actually came up w/the idea of me getting my nails done once a month using his credit card as a treat for me & now for the past 4-5 months he’s been like “hey babe take my card and treat yourself to your nails & get em done at the salon you like”
A perfect marriage or relationship is an illusion; there's no universal playbook for making them work. What's effective for one couple may not apply to another. Nevertheless, I've come to understand that there's always a solution to be found. Half a decade ago, my wife and I faced such trials in our marriage that divorce seemed inevitable. Yet, through perseverance and determination, we navigated through the rough waters and emerged stronger, reunited, and more resilient...

It's so interesting how dynamic individual experiences are versus regional stereotypes. I'm a white gay guy from Alabama who married a black gay guy from Georgia. The only familial issues we ran into was on his mother's side because they are Jehovah's Witnesses. My entire family and his dad's side accepted us from the gitgo. We've encountered very little homophobia or racism in our decade of being married and we're both from small towns.

In multiple, replicated studies carried out over the decades utilizing MRI machines, this dynamic has occurred across nearly every single demographic selected to partake in the experiments. All the couples seemed in very fulfilling marriages. I, too, wouldn’t accept it if my partner had had a relationship outside ours. As for religion, we’re both atheists.
