Asalamu Aleikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatu. Mashallah,my sister. . I was the same,i became Muslim at the age of 40. (i am now 42;1980)I knew there was a Creator with all the evidence(which sadly so few people know nowadays that you can actually prove that there is a Creator and in the Age of Information with all that knowledge at your fingertips but the Roman Circus has a firm grip on them,football,movies,clubbing,etc. Ignorance is no longer an excuse if you have the ability and acces to the internet and you really seek the truth) and from then on searched for the religion that had the most values and norms and miracles and the truth (Al-Haqq) that sounded logical and much more and i was automatically drawn to Islam.
