He was born in the Caribbean island of Trinidad in 1942 from parents whose ancestors had migrated as indentured labourer from India. He is a graduate of the Aleemiyah Institute in Karachi and has studied at sevaral instutions of higher learning including the University of Karachi,the University of the West Indies, Al Azhar University and the Graduate Institute of International Relations in Switzerland
He worked for several years as a Foreign Service Officer in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Government of Trinidad and Tobago but gave up his job in 1985 to devote his life to the mission of Islam.
He is a former Principal of the Aleemiyah Institute of Islamic Studies in Karachi, Pakistan, Director of Research of the World Muslim Congress in Karachi, Pakistan, Director of the Islamic Institute for Education and Research in Miami, Florida, and Director of D’awah for Tanzeem-e-Islami of North America.

As salamu alaikum and welcome to the UK. I have an urgent request from all Scholars In Islam. With so many reverts i think it needs to be addressed in simple and straightforward terms, and for existing Muslims that are blindly following self appointed Sheikhs. All over the world, and all over the Internet, there are pop up Sheikhs that claim to be Scholars just because they do a 10 course on memorisation. Thay are giving out fatwas like sandwiches at a picnic. Please explain to self appointed 10 year study lot, that they are not Scholars of Islam. Please explain what a Scholar of Islam is, alot of reverts and born Muslims, go to places like Egypt learn a childs version of Arabic, memorise the Quraan and memorise a few thousand hadiths, then get a certificate. They then spead coruption about the earth because they think they know Islam. Please explain the 4 schools of thought, the conditions to be able to give fatwas, I.e knowing the Quraan in Arabic in full, and the variations of words, fiq, differences of opinions based on Islamic text and not their fakery, all the other complexities and knowledge that goes with it. So many are making stuff up to fit in with a western agenda, twisting things to fit with their naffs, some barely speak Arabic and interpret the Quraan on the translations they have learnt. So many read the translations out in English then try to say it mean such and such and totally disregard the renowned Scholars and principles,. I know you have spoke about it before as others have but still its becoming a joke everywhere.

Hello brothers, I have a doubt. If Dajjal comes after the nuclear war, what will be the situation of earth after a nuclear war ?? 1. Will all the internet and gps connectivity be destroyed ? 2. Will national borders be open or no borders exist? 3. If the above 2 are true, then how will Dajjal travel in a donkey with large ears which is modern aircraft either passenger flight or fighter jets?? 4. Without gps, internet, or navigation system how do flights operate when Dajjal travels on it ??? If the above is false, then it means internet and gps and modern technologies like fighter jets and airplanes still work after a nuclear war ???

Taking Riba or interst is haram and a low level sin, there is no dpubt. But before sending 90% Muslim to Jahannam forever by your simplified linear analysis of Riba, not putting it all in context, and before shunning even All investments in stock markets with legit business as haram by your linear analysis extension of Riba, i.e. large scale haramification, and before making all paper currency haram by the same sort of linear analysis, think twice dear Sheikh. Giving such big scale fatwa is a dangerous business. What if they boomerang back to you? Have you done sufficient Shura? Your stronghold is clearly dajjal and yajuj majuj. Beyond that please rethink and proceed with caution before declaring serious fatwas. And you crossed your limit by advising to divorce a husband who is giving riba - that sounded more satanic then a fatwa, sorry to be so blunt. You know you are not a mufti, but an Islamic escatologist. JazakAllah.

Really the scholars of religion at the akhiru zaman will lead people to falsehood this is from Hadith but it seems correct. Let us notice 3 things 1 akhiru zaman begun from phrophet muhammed aleyhissalatu wa esselam 2 tafseers can be wrong 3 Imran Hussein is also a scholar of akhiru zaman so he can also lead people astray. Ending with a question: does mankind now deserve a true scholar in the first place ? Because they dont obey things that are clear in religion what is the benefit of knowing fine things in it?
