salam sir. If wife is British and they have and they get divorced what will happen. it’s after the 2.5 yr extension. After divorce can the non-uk parent-father apply for ILR as there is a child (2-3yrs old) and stay in uk on that basis

Hello -I have spouse visa - I’m 4 years in UK. I left marriage because of domestic violence but the case has been closed and no charge. How this affects my visa? Will it be cancelled and I have to go back because no charge. What else can I do? Any other visa I can apply?
