I've got just over 2k hours in the game and watching this, I realise how non intuitive it is. For example watching them at the start not realising you can right click to remove blocks and pick stuff up meaning mark ignored the battery initially and things like that

For those curious so you don’t have to google it. Bio does in fact mean biological (bathroom break, eating, getting a drink). It also can be used as “bring it on”. So change it on how the moment you’re in is going.

That term actually came to be because of Final Fantasy XI Online. It was the result of an auto-translation function that let you say the names of spells and items and a few other things to people regardless of language barriers. Since "bathroom" wasn't one of the terms the auto translate knew the community instead just said Bio or Bio II (both spells that cause poison damage by spraying the target with toxins) for a short or long bathroom break respectively. Pretty sure it's where Meat Shield comes from too, though that one *might* be older.
