I love watching mark in any survival game with build mechanics. His immediate reaction is to dig as much as possible and just stockpile which is against his usual gameplay style and something about watching Mark absolutely go peak levels of resource mining just because he can is hilarious to me.

OH SO *THAT'S* HOW HE ENDED UP TRAPPED IN THE CAVE, HE JUST SLID RIGHT IN. And here I was watching Bob's perspective thinking Mark was just being Mark-slow

watching Mark ignorantly jump within inches of the big, pink murder plants in the caves, unaware that he is so close to death, is the epitome of the content I expect from him

Watching people who haven't played since early early access play without running through the tutorial is like throwing a small child into the deep end of a swimming pool because he should totally know how to handle floating in water since he spent 9 months doing that.

At 48:52 , Mark says: "What if air had a taste?" From what I could figure out, apparently Mars' atmosphere would taste acidic. We might not be able to taste Earth's atmosphere because we've been breathing it literally our entire lives.

@@p0uya16 Its def a little un-intuitive but basically you gather resources, make power gens via either solar or wind or burning, get upgrades by burning stuff in the research chambers then make space ships and get off world to do the EXACT same thing again only in a harder environment. It's a huge grind and best played with friends.

Seeing Mark play games you've played and struggling to learn stuff that most players pick up on almost immediately is so painful.

Mark looking right at the spot where the oxygenator goes without realizing it drove me insane

I always wanted to see Markiplier get back to this game. It's nice Bob and Wade are playing.

I loved (and cringed while) watching mark silently putting stuff in the side of the base while everyone else was wondering where to put the oxygenater (it goes where mark was putting things)

When I saw this I hear “I love space” in my head.

i love mark at like 2:48 after turning up the audio for the viewers being so petty about it. 'SORRY CANT HEAR U OVER THIS VERY NICE IMMERSIVE AUDIO BNOB. YES LOVE THE SOUNDS OF THIS AUDIO WE SO DESPERATELY NEEDED. MMM VACUUM NOISES'

The tutorial actually has very useful info in this game lol

The most frustrating thing about them not being able to figure things out is the fact that almost everything has either bright colors highlighting them like power cords or just straight up has a description on it when you highlight it...

I am upset that this didn't make it into a video. I love this game.

this game is great, one of my favorites.

Dudes we can all agree this channel is very useful for people who don't watch twitch but still want to see the content that isn't on youtube so we mustn't tell Mark for the sake of them peeps.

One of the few times my wife and I started a game before seeing Mark, Bob, and Wade play it, and it is so satisfying to see these guys struggle and complain about the same stuff we did. Even were terse with each other the same way. It's an amazing and robust game, so you tend to feel stupid when you can't figure something out. Glad to know we're in good company. XD

I started replaying this about a week or two ago, though I remembered a little more from my previous time playing haha. Best of luck to y'all XD

But sometimes one sense can be another like smell letting you know how it tastes or hearing something to see it. Or feel to see. They are interchangeable sense. And you can taste the air if one of the chemicals in the air have to many parts per million. Like to much oxygen tastes like green or trees.

Yeah, canister is good, use to store dirt so you can build dirt ramps. Also good for the converter thingy, changes dirt into other useful stuff. There is a device you build for recycling debris into scrap, shredder, creates stuff used like coins in trade pad to get other stuff like super rare lithium. Hope this helps. Also you can use connectors to extend power or my favorite is medium generator on back of tractor trailer. Yup lotsa stuff in dis game

Certain materials can only be found on other planets then the earth-like one (Iron, etc) also a canister holds soil to allow to put dirt back....

I started a week ago and i haven’t found alot of things except all caves and mountains
