Sometimes even in H4 timeframe, it gets confused when price tries to wick-sweep just a few cents or points of either Swing High or Swing Low (created equal high/low) then reverse. In such cases, can we still hold respect to those levels and see it as non market structure shift? Appreciated!

I would say that isnt a valid BOS, unless the candle closes above a swing or below, that in my eyes would not be a swing but possibly just liquidity being tapped into

lets say the cemented candle is the highest point in the structure, do i need to take it? or just look before it which candle is the highest, this is my only question

I'm confused because your rule says a candle needs to close below the candle to the left. There were several times where a candle DID close below the candle to the left but it wasn't considered a swing low. The 7th candle closed below the 6th. It wasn't a big move for the example I'm talking about but it's the easiest to point out.

You saying that a SWING is only a swing with BOS, but why then y write all those swiings low if there isnt any BOS, there are just HL. they cannot be swing low

What isn't?

It makes no sense at all. Swings are HH or HL there is no BOS in LH Ll so why would you call them swings ? U just say its inside of the swings low swing high then u say there is a swing only after BOS but u still draw swing highs. Make no sense
