He actually grew up in between New York and London. He has told stories of him and Sean Lennon attending school together as kids in New York.

Except for the odd word he sounds American. When he says "anything" he pronounces it "anythin", that's not American but most other words he sounds East Coast-esh to me.

Oh how I miss Amy Winehouse!

I’ve spent the better part of the last 15 years listening to Amy, I don’t go a day without listening to her. She’s influenced me and my life to no end. Sometimes it feels like the world is forgetting her, so when she comes up on things like this.. it’s just really nice to see her being remembered at all, and especially in a positive way. Her & Mark had the most pure, hilarious friendship and they’re honestly both legends.

When I first heard this song I had been in a process of traveling through the UK and Europe for 6 months...the first music I hear was this in a tiny radio in a kitchen in Harwich, England after spending a 14 hour day on foot. I felt like I went back in time and this was playing. It was trippy...

I miss her. Hearing her voice makes me sad.

Howard is such a fabulous talk show host. He does his homework and asks the exact questions that you didn’t even know were so perfect because you were enjoying his guest so much.

I work at a record store part time and I have all Amy’s music at the front of the stacks. Pure talent. Missing her. 🙏🏼❤️
