There is a huge difference between an entertainer and a musician. Some are great musicians but not great entertainers. Others are entertaining but not musically gifted. Bruno Mars is so much both. He is a great singer but he really entertains. He is having a great time and draws his audience into having a great time with him. As an old fan of funk from the 70's, I am so glad to see someone else enjoy it.

I love seeing a gifted musician or singer as long as he is good, even if he's not a great entertainer. Music quality alone is enough in that case. I also love seeing a good entertainer even if the voice or musical skills are not perfect. But to have a not so good entertainer with very limited? That really sucks and I can't watch that. But Hollywood is full of those assholes today.

Man - outstanding! This was so intimate, like a vibe sessions with friends. And he did this without breaking a sweat! Confidence - off the charts. His groove - fire. Voice - SPECTACTULAR. 8 years later - Bruno is STILL firing on all cylinders.

homasas nop, Bruno Mars father is puertorican and his mother philipino, i dont know about philipinos but puertoricans are a mix of white , native and african so like all puertoricans, Bruno have african blood in him plus when Bruno was a kid his father who is also a musician, used to listened a lot of black american music and he introduced Bruno to all of that type of music...

I can't stop watching this and dancing to it at the same time. I'm no good dancing, but Bruno and the hooligans make me feel I can funky dance. And it feels so good to be able to brag to those who had Michael Jackson, Prince and Madonna in their generation that this generation has Bruno Mars!

Well said! I had the chance to grow up in MJ's prime and let me tell you, it ain't the same. MJ lost his credibility due to the fact lip syncs his shows. This generation is a VERY lucky to have a guy like BM. Y'all should cherish every moment this guy comes up on stage. There ain't gonna be another one like him for a very long time, if he dies early. Kudos to this generation.

yes, this generation should realize and be thankful to experience the truly gifted artist he is. this level of talent only comes around a few times (maybe) in a lifetime. you may not like him, who really cares if you don't, but you can't deny his talent. (not everybody likes MJ either, people). I never thought I would see another artist in my lifetime this damned great. All Ronson is doing is taking elements of different kinds of music that exist and tossing them together. Sure he has a great ear but there are lots of great musicians out there. Always have been always will be.

Produces his own music like prince, sings like mj/james brown, dances like mj/james brown. He's Bruno Mars but he takes alot of inspiration from the legends before him.

That firemen with their extinguishers was a REALLY cool touch!

I'm more into all kinds of rock and metal music, but Bruno Mars is a really awesome big talent artist. It's so f*cked up that he doesn't get the bigger spotlight instead of miley cyrus, nicki minaj etc... Bruno Mars has more talent in his little finger than both those two. He really is the next MJ in my eyes. Extraordinary talent I can't wait too see what does next.

Dude, I love that name! It's too bad heavy metal kind of died out, too. "Enter the sandman" was the shit!! I'm like you, too, when it comes to music, but I do listen to all the other genres like country and soft rock as well as hip-hop and r&b. So if it comes down to music these days, it would be Bruno Mars. Hands down.
