    27:40 that section about cutting 50% of your creative is brilliant. If you’re doing anything new it should be versioning of the winning ad. Make 5 tiny version with small differences and double down on the media spend 👌

    (System1 employee!) Some of the best proactive agencies pre-test their ideas at animatic / rough cut level before pitching to a client so they have the evidence to show their idea works. I don't personally think that Turkey ad is very good but, as always, it doesn't matter what we think. It matters what consumers feel!

    Mark can complain all he wants about pricing but the reality is, most marketers (even CMOs) won't have much input on pricing. So, he better not try to die on that hill.
