Make no mistake, I love Matt in the band he’s a great singer and guitarist. I just wish Tom would return. Imagine a 4 piece band. It could be incredible. They all have great singing voices and the harmonies they could come up with would be astounding! Just look at Mark’s face around 0:33, his brain is processing the information that “yeah actually maybe this song IS about Tom lol”

He's not doing anything else when that line should be sung, and it makes absolutely no sense for Mark to have done it on the record when Tom was doing nothing, and Mark was singing the chorus, and it makes no sense that it wasn't already performed like that for the last fifteen years.

That was never true. Mark was the heart & soul of the band, cared most about the band, tried with Travis many times to keep it together, and always put the most effort into reaching out to fans. Band wasn't the same without Tom, but I think it's always been Mark's one true love, while Tom always had his head thinking of things elsewhere.

With all the time that's passed without *Tom* in Blink and what's going on in the world it would be *massive* if Tom came back right now and they took all this free time during the pandemic to perfect the old catalog and record a new album similar to self titled spending 5 or 6 month's perfecting it then announcing Tom's back and new music/tour is on the way for 2021. 🤘👍

I really like Alkaline Trio but Matt really comes off in interviews as a giant shed of tools. Blink should have just ended instead of continuing the money grab. All could have went their separate ways and grew.

If they all did their own thing for a while and grew a little and then came back with that passion again it would be cool. Tom did a long pretty much movie explaining why he left blink and start AVA and other projects. Ernie Ball in search of tone with Tom DeLong. Tom explained how Boxcar was one of his things he's most proud of and how it started the tension in Blink.

Tom is not coming back. They will disband in the next few years and that is the end of blink 182. This bands magic left them over a decade ago.
