No, spreading false information about a president is not treasonous. The US Constitution defines treason as acts of war or aiding enemies, not political speech or criticism. Bad news for you, SCOTUS may very well end up giving _every_ felon who has served their sentence their 2A rights back. There's a case that is sitting in the 9th circuit right now that is set to do that. If so, it _will_ be appealed to SCOTUS and ACB in particular has signaled her belief that 2A rights should be restored in most cases. Don't fret too much though, states will still have a say. Cesspools like Florida and Texas will be where all the dangerous felons who get their pew-pews back will end up relocating to because for damn sure places like New York and California won't be having any of that.

MTG needs to be censured and removed from her committee assignments! She has to be held accountable for spreading these dangerous, inflammatory lies! We need a return to sane, sober leadership.

You have to keep in mind that Federal law enforcement is heavily influenced by Federalist Society shill Merrick Garland, who flat out obstructed justice by protecting Trump from.even being investigated for 2 years, and would not have appointed a Special Counsel were it not for the furor resulting from the Jan 6th Committee revelations. Why Garland's performance pleases Biden is something that he will eventually have to answer for. Sadly, you're correct in what you say - in fact, it is because of people such as MTG that I favor an organization known as Redneck Revolt, dedicated to fighting people such as MTG, and all fascists in general; this group raises funds with which to buy firearms, ammunition and first aid kits, and recruits new members at public gatherings - the group regularly trains in both firearms and first aid.
