To celebrate their five year anniversary, Grand Performances teamed up with Cumbiatón to bring their inclusive & intergenerational Latinx party vibes to California Plaza on September 17th, 2022. Mariposas Del Alma was one of the special guest performers on Cumbiatón's lineup.
Mariposas Del Alma is a cumbia band comprising of the three Meza sisters, hailing from Oakland, CA. They sing soulful renditions of timeless classics in the fun style of Cumbia, along with their own original songs. They are backed by the Discos Resaca collective.
