These interviews just show how good he is as an interviewer.. trying to get a person who doesn't really understand English to speak, let alone say something funny! Yet he keeps the conversation going, poking a little fun but always treating her with respect

I think she understands everything but she maybe has french jokes in mind that won't make any sense in English. I mean the lack of speaking practice is obviously the reason of these weird moments but there is also a difference between being able to have a discussion and being able to reply to jokes.

She understands what he's saying, but she struggled to find the right English words, and sometimes didn't (like saying her neighborhood was "popular"... in French "populaire" means it's a normal or even working-class neighborhood, not a well-heeled or fancy one.)

Marion was 39 in that last interview - absolutely stunning beauty - some women lose beauty quickly others remain beautiful no matter how old they are... Ms. Cotillard is as attractive today at 45 as she ever was and in many ways even more so!! Such great interviews captured here - thank you SO much TJF - I could watch this back-to-back and not get bored and laugh and laugh... thank you for posting this and for all your work to make it happen!! 💛💯

By the last appearance, Marion and Craig had some great chemistry. You can tell he's incredibly attracted to her and who could blame him? A beautiful girl and a French accent is a lethal combination.

Oh yeah, I could tell on certain words. The French always put their accent on the last syllable and Marion does it quite often in the video. Obviously, she's gotten very good at an American accent and would probably excel at other languages too. But you're right, her prettiness is very distracting!

Its interesting seeing Craig is his earliest yrs on the show. You can tell hes trying to be a more conventional talk show host...even if its just a little. His personality does shine through, still, but its clear he's trying to keep his interviews on a well defined road. Then as it progresses to later yrs he puts less effort into staying ON that road and becomes more...well, Craig 😄

Yes, the sound was excellent - very consistent all the way through, - well done. At least you are not like some people who 'upload' his shows - they make no attempt to correct the quality at all. When are you going to do a compilation of Rashida Jones - or are you saving that for the 'magic' 2,000 subs, you are over the first thousand and still climbing each day.
