Well, we only see the original levels, not the special (plus) levels.
Funfact: The True Final Boss is a Reference to the one from the Gameboy Title of Donkey Kong that came out 1994 After you apparently beat the Final Level DK fell from this Huge Lonely Tower but apparently landed on a Huge Pile of Super Mushrooms and basically became Giant like Bowser nowadays and you have to hit barrels in his face to defeat him.

I think you should’ve said that in the other gameplay because this is not expert mode yet. This is normal and I see no signs of True Final Boss… but thanks for the fact.

They just reused the old (mostly stock) voice clips, and left out a lot of the unique voicework of the original, making this version rather bland...

No. This video only covers one half of the game, just like the original version there are plus levels next and by clearing those you get the true ending. There are expert levels as well.
