Maybe the og is the real story, because there both were reacting according to the other's actions, like DK kidnapping the Toads and stealing the Mini-Marios for a second time because Mario and the Toads rubbed their victory on him by laughing histerically at his failure, only pissing him off, whereas here it's just Mario telling the story from his own perspective and bias, because here DK is just rude and bratty, and Mario and the Toads are forgiving angels, while also skipping details like Mario asking DK if he was okay after his fall in the faux final battle, in the og both did something bad, in the remake only DK's the one doing the bad Even in Bowser's Fury he had double thoughts when it came to helping Junior save Bowser, and Mario teased Bowser after he freed him from the black paint, knowing well Junior is holding him from his tail as if it was leash, more in line with the og than the remake

@@Gazing-09 I know, but still shows that while he's a good guy, he doesn't just jump into action all the time, he doesn't take lightly when people disrespect him like how DK did by stealing his merch (ignoring the remake), and isn't very fond when they disrupt his day off to help a cause he has the right to not give a hoot about like in Bowser's Fury, while still finding his amusement on an angry Bowser that isn't allowed to fight him for obvious reasons, and in Bowser's Fury he probably saved Bowser more to help the kitties than actually help Junior, because he was spreading the black paint that was polluting their lake, and while that came second, it could've worked as a better incentive to help Junior, and the way he mocks Bowser there vs how he mocked DK in the og game shows Mario's also matured and is not nearly as in your face as he was back then

We REALLY need a new Donkey Kong Country after this

It's nice to hear Martinet's voice once again in a "Recent" game (Mario's new voice actor is good, But Charles will always be the best).

It's comprehensible the remake for these days when humans will never treat any animal (such as gorilla) before reacting to made more negative than humans. For example: 10:41(spoilers), Three Toads crushed Donkey's hand before falling without thanking in original version. And in remastered version, Donkey tired to go back up the floor, before trying to fall himself.

Hey I think what you mean to say in remastered that the toads and mario were trying to Help him up but we're worried about him when he fell.

We really need the remastered version of Donkey Kong Country

Still Charles here. They'll probably use Kevin for new clips and re-use Charles' old HQ clips for anything that's a remake (besides using Kevin in the SM64DS slide microgame in WarioWare: Move It).

The closest thing we have to a game where DK is the hero and Mario is the villain is ‘Donkey Kong Jr’ on the NES and Arcade.

Mario is a true saint for giving DK a Mini-Mario even after what he did. The ending was so wholesome.

I'm glad they made Mario and the Toads less assholes to Donkey Kong in this remake.

Wow, 20 years since the GBA original version was released... After watching this, it really makes me feels like... going back to the past and watch old cutscenes from my original version...

I remember this game! I never completed it, but I have a ton of fun playing on the Game Boy Advance. I am going to get it pretty soon and I preordered this. I am really looking to playing this in full

Man now I really want remakes of the other games with the Mini Mario toys.

As somebody who played the original i love to see this and im making sure i get this one.

So moral of the story... don't steal toys 😂. I mean, Donkey Kong little went through all the trouble for a dang toy. Also when you think about it, Mario was technically beating up one of his fans when you look at it.

That's not true at all, the world 6 boss music fits the world theme and gives off the sinister vibe the boss fight should. None of the music is too gentle, it's gentle when it needs to be and tough when it needs to be.
