My one year old grandson loves watching "his" fish. I love not having to clean and take care of the tank.

This is absolutely beautiful! I remember this when I was little.

This is the one! My grandparents had this as a screensaver on the PC when I was a kid and I was always SO mesmerized by it. Id pay big bucks to get this as a screensaver on my samsung phone/TV. Maybe someday in my dreams 😭

If you have a Roku smart tv, this is in the screensaver options. Can't adjust the fish or lighting but it's the same otherwise

love this screensaver. I purchased it 19 years ago. It looked this good 19 years ago.

I think Dream Aquarium is more realistic with how the fish move. In this video, you can see the fish artificially move up and down and the fish don't turn realistically sometimes.

I sure miss this when we used windows xp and windows 7 in it's early years, I actually found my mom's old computer from 2008 with windows 7 (we upgraded from vista) and it had this screensaver still on there lol

It works on any windows version as long as you have the activation code or the email adress you bought it with. And it's still for sale.

I remember being a child and just stare for, what must have been an hour straight, to this computer wallpaper.

That fish in the crave is on my Roku screen saver it makes me laugh cause he's like "THIS IS MY CAVE!!!" Everyone that swims near him is like *okayyyy!!! I'm turning around!* Idk just randomly wondered what everyone else thought 😂

Tip: If you’re thinking about too much stuff at night, watching fish swim and hearing the sounds actually helps relax your mind. I searched up how to stop thinking so much at night on Google and it said that watching fish swim relax your mind 2 days ago. I watched this video for 3 minutes and I fell fast asleep 😴💤Also you’re welcome😇😚

It is indeed a great screensaver, but I wish the small graphic errors that you'll spot in certain areas of the tank if you watch it for a while could be repaired

I love this software. Sadly, at least for me this doesn't render well in Windows 11. Each fish creates a trail of itself on the screen

that's ideal for a screensaver my friend. the point is to prevent any one pixel from displaying the same color for any lengthy amount of time.

It would look more realistic if the fish could cast shadows on the environment.

If you look at a real saltwater aquarium, you'll notice that the light is so diffuse that the fish have to be almost touching the bottom before there's any noticeable shadow. So I decided it wasn't worth the added bandwidth.
