Idk why, but lots of people find the ocean boring. But this is just more proof of how beautiful our planet really is. I’ve always wanted to visit the Great Barrier. And this year I did! It’s just... stunning. Nothing is even slightly plain. And just the feel of the water. It’s beautiful. I probably am gonna watch portions of this every day.

My therapist recommended watching fish swim at night when I can’t stop my mind from racing at night. This really helps me shut down my stressful thoughts and ease my anxiety before bed 😌. Something about it is so calming

I also find it to be therapeutic having an aquarium in the home. I pull up a chair in front of my aquarium after a long work day and it clears my mind. I know everyone has their own way of finding solace, but I thought this may be helpful for your stress. I also deal with high anxiety fueled by stress, and it can be very damaging. i saw a suggestion online just now to watch a video of fish swimming! i really hope it helps me! i’ve been having extreme problems with my sleep and my emetophobia for over three years - i’m only 15 - but literally every doctor just keeps saying there’s nothing they can do about it :/

I Love fish, they are so beautiful to look at and I wonder how something so beautiful is even allowed on this earth 😍 Watching them swim and glide through the sea so effortlessly is so satisfying and cool

I know it may sound odd, but sometimes I wish were a fish and could just forget about everything I'm worried about and peacefully swim across the ocean. How wonderful that would be. My favourite part is the turtle with the sunlight hitting the water above. It's so true.

This week has been very hard to get through, my anxiety and headaches were really bad and I feel like i've been a wreck. Plus i've been trying to get over someone who rejected me. I have missed my cat a lot, i'm usually pretty busy working and doing other things during the day, so i haven't been able to give her some love as much. Plus, she hardly ever stays still late at night and because of that she usually cannot stay in my room, but she's so sweet and goofy that I let her stay tonight. While I was feeling down (and ugly crying bc of Stranger Things oh my gosh) she climbed up on my chest and laid there. I decided to turn something on for her, something that would make her interested in watching as well, and maybe show her something that she's never seen before. I'm so glad I found this amazing and cute video. As soon as she saw that lil sea turtle dude swimming around, she was glued to it, and she kept turning her head in confusion. It made me smile so much and I almost started giggling, and it really made my whole week. Thank you, for letting me have a peaceful moment with my buddy. Much love!

I am a CPTSD survivor & having Racing Thoughts daily during waking & night time; I recently started imagining objects or things that moved slowly within my mind. After trying imaginary images; my mind came to view with FISH! I imagined an aquarium with beautiful creatures swimming slowly and it began to help me. I first felt very sleepy, then my eye kids became extremely heavy. The music I’m listening to with this video helps; as I also use this method to relax daily. My eye movement is had become slower with this visual. I’m going to continue this method and encourage my therapist to use it as a meditational tool for me and anyone who has experienced childhood trauma. Thank You… 🐟

Same, I played this and placed my phone next to his tank and I’ve never seen him act like that before. He floated on his side a lot of the time and flapped his fins erratically. It was literally like watching a child in front of the television. Amazing

It's the same thing my cats done

Whenever I try to do something out of my comfort zone and end up not doing it, I always fell into depression. Then I’d be happy and motivated by thinking “im gonna change” and then the cycle would repeat itself, I’d get depressed. But I can truthfully say that once I listened to this and learnt about meditation and what not, I felt so empowered by strengthening my mind. And still to this day, meditation has helped me achieve many things. So to anyone who scrolls through the comments and sees this and is in the position I was in. Don’t give up, it will take time, but eventually you will arrive where you want to be 🙂

This really soothes my 2 week old and it’s great for brain development Thank you ☺️ Also put me to sleep

My cat sat in front of my laptop staring at the fish for ten minutes. Then she started trying to catch then with her paw. So cute!

I used this sound to put 4 toddlers to sleep. It works wonders! 🤍🤍🤍

Great vidio so soothing it's like all your worries get wiped away so much peace from this vidio and fish just absolutely beautifull every worry gets diminished I love listening at bed time and helps my 3 yr old sleep plus my 6 month old thankyou so much very epreciated
