That's the Greece we know and love! She created a perfect mix of the old and new Greece for us to enjoy. :) The name of the Instrument is Zournas. It's a very old and traditional instrument that is used mainly in folk Greek Music. The Rhythm is called Syrtos. :)

Thanks for the reaction dear, Love from Greece. Now you know about the trraditional Instruments, We had also some greek food in the Video (keftedes=meatballs, tiropites- cheesepies, or spinachpies etc) And the coffee we like to drink the most (frappe). I think I saw some roze wine. These parties are very often in greek backyards mainly in countryside, we are meeting with relatives, neighbours, friends and celebrate singing or dancing. The dance of Marina in the music bridge is called "tsifteteli" and greek women love to dance in parties or nights out. (female sexy dance)

the two wind instruments are the Zurna (the brown one with the unique sound) and it's a very old instrument that is used in traditional greek music, and other traditional musics in the region (balkans, middle east, general anatolia, north Africa, etc) the other is an albert clarinet, and it's slightly different than the regular clarinet we see in the concert orchestras, also used mostly for traditional music in the balkans. there are also two types of drums playing the toubeleki, the one with the sharp sound, it's played with the palms and fingers of the hand, and it is typically used in folk greek music, and belly dancing. the other drum is calls "dauli" it is played with both hands, and two long wood sticks, a think one of the low sounds, and the very thin one for the high sounds. it is also used in traditional music in greece

The black instrument is called "klarino" and the brown one "zournas"
"Acoustic" as a descriptor for instruments is a retronym (like "analog" for a watch) that came into widespread use only once electric and electronic instruments were invented. It means an instrument that is designed to be played without any electricity involved --so in other words, at one time all instruments were acoustic. "Unplugged" is a bit different, in as much as it means taking music that was originally composed or played on electric and electronic instruments, and replicating it with all acoustic instruments. The term was popularized by the popular MTV series of the same title, featuring famous rock musicians playing all acoustic sets featuring their own work. The concept was a bit of a backlash against the heavily produced electronica of the 80's and early 90's, as well as serving as proof that famous musicians could sound good even without studio magic. The Unplugged series yielded several notable hits, including Eric Clapton's bluesy "Layla", Mariah Carey's (cover of) "I'll Be There", and Nirvana's "All Apologies."
