Her hair and makeup in this is flawless

The recorded version does not do justice to her voice. Reason why everyone thinks she can't sing is cause they compare it to the recorded version. But if her acoustic version came out as the real one, people would understand her voice more. I freaking love how she uses her head voice. We seldom hear pop singers' high register.
