JetStream seams to be the most popular kit. Looking to build two of them this year. Biggest expense is the jetski motors. Yamaha 1.8L is my goal. Probably 260hp.

I have never seen anyone drag aluminum wire, you should be pushing and make your tacks a bit bigger while you are at it.

I was hoping to see some more content on the table and welders.

We use a Millermatic 190 and a Spoolmate 100 spool gun. We use .035" wire and tips. Come over any time. We are at 90 Gate 5 Road Sausalito. You can text me at 415-871-1484

He didn’t do his tack welds long enough , hahaha that’s why he kept breaking the side pieces off.

It works better if you just put a screwdriver under the edge to bring it to the chine

Hmmm...a guy BUYS a jet boat kit when he has all the equipment to simply do it all him self. Jetstream boats are OK, but they could use some changes to make em look & perform much better...hint hint winky wink
