Hello lovelies, I have done extensive research on Marilyn Monroe's makeup and beauty collection and wanted to share Marilyn Monroe's entire makeup collection that you can still buy today. Below is a list of all the products she used that you can still buy today.
Floris Rose Geranium:
The eau de toilette was delivered in bulk to her at the Beverly Hills Hotel under a cloak and dagger alias while filming Some Like It Hot. Featuring notes of rose, geranium, citronella, and sandalwood, the British eau de toilette has been discontinued, and its scent is now only available as a bath essence.

Nivea Creme - Kitty Carlisle Hart was signed on as a spokesperson for Nivea when she was 96 years of age. I actually helped her in getting this "gig'. Kitty never used anything other than Nivea on her face, and they finally signed her on as a spokesperson. At first they thought she was too old to represent their product, but finally realized that if a woman of her age could look four decades younger than she actually was, then the product would sell well to people decades younger than they were.

Marilyn was born a brunette. She would have looked pretty with dark hair too. I wonder if Chanel No.5 smelled differently back in those days. Although it is a pleasant classic scent; it's too strong. It got me thinking if there was a body splash version of it. Perhaps that's what Marilyn used to pour on the bathwater.

Now Vaseline, that’s something I can afford. Too thick for around the eyes but I use it over the deepest areas where we crease as women. When you dab ever so lightly and let it soak in for like 10-15 minutes, then continue doing cream makeup and barely powder as an overlay. Revlon colorstay makes reflective powder and it’s ideal for a radiant complexion!! Marilyn would have loved it!!!

Marilyn had incredibly dry skin , I’m perplexed as to why 2 of her fave Lazlo products were good for oily skin...? It’s odd. Considering she had a personal relationship with the brand. One of the reasons she loved Vaseline, not just as a juicy highlighter was as an occlusive. Makes sense with her skin type. I enjoyed your updated video, I’ve been a fan of hers for many moons & own many books. Thanks, Laura. P.S. I thought you may enjoy the another perfume Marilyn used Eau de Arpege by Lanvin. It's beautiful. Particularly the cologne (Eau) iteration. I have 2 bottles, one vintage from 1949 & a new bottle. One of my fave scents. I love dead stock too, it's a bit of an addiction!

Have you put vaseline as a primer before? Because when I did, I broke out like crazy and my dermatologist said it wasn't something she'd recommend putting on as a primer. Especially on naturally oily skin. Then again, everyone's skin is different and it may very well be a wonderful product! Great video as always!
