He does light weights and a lot of cardio and eats a lot of steam veggies and chicken.

I think you have a fine hair , so its dificult for your hair to work just with a clay and hairspray; thats why i want to ask you if you used a pre-styler like a thickening tonic or something like that. Anyway i like very much your style and you are a super guy!!

No man I don't use any of those, I just wash them with shampoo and sometimes conditioner and after I dry them I style them with the clay which is usually not too strong If I want them "soft" and Hairspray when I need them to stay for the whole day! ;) Hope this helps! +nishant acharya wash your hair 1 o 2 times a week with shampoo and conditioner (shampoo for dry hair), dont blowdry your hair and if you do it put heat protectant and put some argan oil every two days or something like that. You also can cut your hair short to begin doing this things

Do you get your hair permanent straightend once in months?leaving the bottom of your hair so that hair doesn't fall always . I think to get these kind of hairstyles hair shouldn't be curly. What's your way to get straight hair?

Mariano, it would also be great if you could state the lengths of your hair on the different parts of your head. For example 13 inch on the front and how many inches as you go back to the crown. Also, you may need to invest in an external mic for your camera. It will drastically reduce all the extra noise in the background. Maybe also look for a cameraman who doesn't shake and move around while he's filming.
