Now that’s what I call a woman led by the Holy Spirit in its original and truest form. I think I’ll go ahead and begin reading a course in miracles I’ve been staring at since God brought it to me through a yard sale 5 years ago. This is Christianity/the Christ mind. I have more hope now. Thank you for blessing us with this post. I’ve always been popular for what also made me unpopular. If love makes us unpopular then not enough has gone around to make it a normal way to be. In my experience love in the end always reciprocates itself when it’s genuine. It never fails. I’m touched. Thank you again.

“Change happens when enough people get it…” The first 55 minutes is her presentation and worth the time. [After that is a Q & A session.] Ms. Williamson’s ability to weave together historical anecdotes with current figures and facts, interspersed with medicinal wisdom from our founders was overwhelmingly refreshing. After listening to this portion of her presentation, it is impossible to disagree that the kind of moral leadership that can be inferred is exactly what our nation, lo, our world needs at this moment.

Watching Feb, 9 2019. Thank You, Marianne, I will watch this in chunks but the first 25 minutes are fantastic. Now, you have announced your running for Our President and I am So thrilled. Just in the short time since your announcement you are already being slammed by those you have no idea who you are ... those who say you have no experience but your reply to that is very good, those who say you are a ???? (what ever derogatory label that their group uses to exclude) ... either because of your spiritual views and undertakings, or because of your desire to allow for reparations for slavery. All Presidential candidates will get their share of derogatory publicity, we all know this, We all need to be prepared to give the proper response AND to remain in the stance that You are not merely qualified to be Our President But that You ARE the Best person for this important role not just for Our Nation but for Our World. If All of us who know You are the one to become President in 2020, Stands firm and takes, required, supportive actions ... You Will Win. The Power of LOVE can overturn the love of power ... I love how she talks about the quakers and how our founding fathers founded this country to be different than all the other countries. The founding fathers were directly guided by the angelic realm and/or ascended beings even tho they didn’t know it. It’s all detailed out in both “Oahspe” and the “Law of one”, which are both channeled works. Marianne can lead the US in to fulfilling its destiny as the meeting of nations in the age of kosmon (aka age of Aquarius) where humanity is no longer ruled by gods, lords, kings, or queens of yesteryear. And we go straight to the Source Creator directly.

Yup , fascinating… lost her at “Jesus” , “God”,& “Faith” though. Belief in Religion IS philosophical suicide, said Camus. But religion seems important to the people she caters to, although as a matter fact, the founding fathers wanted no part of religion; they wanted a purely secular government. ☮️

Marianne, thank you for bringing a very important issue to the forefront . One that I myself began to realize, It is the longstanding lack of acknowledgement, atonement and heart felt apology to our black community and indigenous peoples. Instead, more often then not they are expected to just get over it, dismiss what has happened and overlook the injustice then and in some ways still playing out today. ' Sure, much easier for those who never had the experience regardless of what color they are . The fact is there is a very real energetic unhealed wound. How could there not be? I was horrified when I watched the movie "Django Unchained", my heart still hurts in the deepest parts of myself. Yes, there is a karmic debt, one that no amount of money will resolve. In my opinion The Welfare Check is just another form of slavery in present time. Whenever I hear someone say blacks have the same opportunities and advantages as anyone else, I respond by saying, Oh really? Okay, be black for one week and get back to me. I cannot change the past, but can be a conscious part of the healing, It is the Love that flows through me.

There is only one generation of PEACE that never knew war in history! 1975-80. The Cold War with the Russians was fought in Korea, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam, and Cuba. But after the Vietnam War blew that old foolish game, they switched to oil, heroin and Moslem Wars after 911. Reagan had his Latin American wars, and it has been war ever since 1980. Between 1975-1980, when I came of age, Jimmy Carter was in the White House and PEACE...relatively....was the rule of the day. (Except for the botched rescue attempt of the Iran Hostages.) I am sure there were still secret wars and espionage though as always. These five years of peace is the age of those who were 18-23 years old at the time. Old people do not go to war. Those five years were ones where the USA was not at war officially with anyone. Our generation came of age during those years of peace. We are the only generation NOT DEFINED BY WAR!

Someone who isnt overly proud and egotistical... and doesnt walk around thinking their amazing coz they have a dixk or a bunch of money. I think its high time for a female president. Someone who has a fresh young mind with modern views and a higher sense of understanding of the people of not just america but the world. Someone methodical and even keeled. On Christians and suffering. It is Christian history that is necessary to bring out to understand the meaning of Jesus. Integrity to grow and operate in hypocrisy, personal effort to grow and to operate in spiritual growth training and allow authentic Divine grace to operate. As for Catholics, study Father Jose Arizmendiarrieta and his work in leading to the founding and success of Mondragon co-op Corporation. In Brazil, the radical Catholic priests founded the CPT and supported the MST Landless Movement down there.

Something truly invaluable The Course in Miracles has taught me is that the sins we fail to forgive in ourselves we will perceive in others, and the sins we fail to forgive in others we will perceive in ourselves. I think America could use a little self-forgiveness.

“Projection makes perception. The world you see is what you gave it nothing more than that. But though it is no more than that it is not less. Therefore, to you it is important. It is the witness to your state of mind, the outside picture of an inward condition. As a Man thinketh, so does he perceive. therefore, seek not to change the world, but choose to change your mind about the world. Perception is a result and not a cause and that is why order of difficulty in miracles is meaningless. Everything looked upon with vision is healed and holy. Nothing perceived without it means anything. And where there is no meaning there is chaos. This is from the first paragraph of the introduction to chapter 21, Reason and Perception in A Course in Miracles. Why argue with false perception? Correct your perception in mind to the radical forgiveness of A Course In Miracles and see peace instead of this.

2:02:00 'We have to step up on our conviction' could be incorrect. Look at a few countries that are over 95% atheist, from Scandinavia to China. The latter has spent almost trillions on Africa and Asia for infrastructure; bridges, highways, dams, roads, utilities, railways, hospitals, government buildings, ports... Now have a look at Daniel A. Bell's TEDtalk followed by his books and lectures. Perhaps a paradigm shift could help.

I would like to ask Ms. Williamson how do you explain the fact that most of the 19 highjackers on 9/11 were very religious and some not religious but idealistic, and they were all caring members of their community, no criminal records and their leader was a straight "A" architecture student who helped his landlady take out the garbage. Also, explain how billions of people in Africa, Middle East and Asia believe that the 19 highjackers were heroes who sacrificed their lives for the greater good of their people?

  • @amberlane5200

Dr.Lisa.Larsen I think this is common. The issue with this state of mind is that it is controlling you rather than you controlling it. The mind is like a wild animal that has to be trained-and not just once, but continuously. The mind must have maintenance performed on it so that it works how you want it to. The best way to do this is through meditation and self-examination. Know that the “entity” of cynicism and the “entity” of fatigue can be corrected and are not YOU. You are separate from these things. Where does the cynicism stem? What is fatiguing you? The latter is probably more easily identified, but it almost ALWAYS comes with “Well, I’m fatigued by this that and the other BUT I CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.” That has got to be the most common lie humans tell themselves to absolve themselves from responsibility over their lives. Instead of saying, “I can’t.” Say “How can I do this?” And ask one question after another. Constantly asking yourself questions is how you begin to hear that still small voice. It gets easier over time, but, and Marianne does say this often, you have to work out the muscle in order to get better at it. I don’t know if this is helpful, or if you’ll even see this, but I suppose if you’re meant to, you will.

I think people should definitely read more on American and German history, my friends. There are huge, unparable differences between these two nations. Germany caused two world wars !!! And Americans haven't seen wars on their soil for over 150 years now. That's the main reason why Germans are now much more cautious on their deeds. And Americans aren't wise at all... Money and huge believe in metaphysical creator... that's what drive them... They don't read anything... just work hard, eat fast food and enjoy sexy parties, huge pop- cultural extravaganzas, admire celebs... You'd better read your American guru Gore Vidal... I do love your literature, Hemingway, Emily Dickinson, philosophers like Henry David Thoreau, politicians like Lincoln, Washington and Theodor Roosevelt...creativity, passion for success, hard-working approach to everything... but all that doesn't make you better human beings. my friends. Cheers, anyway !!!

When someone calls me out as being 'idealistic' I Know that they are part of the problem. Is it incredibly brave in this day and age to be transparent across the board? Abso-fucking-lutely! But contributing to the status quo or 'the way things are' is cowardly and destructive. Here's some perspective and this is coming from a twenty nine year young woman who is experiencing life as a mixed woman of color who gets mistaken for Mexican. I fucking hate the state of the world. The non stop noise of planes, cars, trucks and machines. The seemingly endless fear marathon. Actually I could go on and on but my focus today is people. Especially since people are causing the majority of problems. Most women I see day to day are miserable, sexually repressed, sick and obese. I am not exaggerating. Sometimes I don't even want to go grocery shopping because it is too painful. Women are not happy and mostly are miserable. The ones who have a semblance of happiness are often medicated (yes, one out of four American women, young and old, are on psychosomatic drugs), faking it, or have altogether given up on being a woman and have adopted very masculine attributes and tend to belittle other women for being, well, women. I have noticed two main personality traits. The first is bitter, cynical and jaded and the second is fretting, self denying, always worried about appeasing everyone and maintaining the status quo. I do not know one genuinely happy, whole woman who loves and respects herself and other women. This matters to me very much because I am literally friendless when it comes to women and that hurts...a lot. I love other women and I have wanted deeper connection with women since I was a young girl with little sisters. I have tried and worked to forge authentic relationships with other women just to be taken for granted, betrayed, judged, ignored and the like. Now before you assume or accuse that there is something wrong with me, allow me to be crystal clear. I do not steal, gossip, judge (there is a vivid difference between judging/ condemning and calling a spade a spade, I do the latter), lie, nor do I act fake, or stuck up. I am not a bore, stick in the mud, or a flake and I don't have habits like smoking, drugs, junk food or excessive drinking. I am also not religious but I am well versed in many spiritual paths and embody the ones I resonate with most. I am incredibly humble (there is a difference between true humility and false modesty, feel free to ask me to elaborate). I am open minded, reliable, spontaneous, open to adventure, sexually exploratory, health/ wellness orientated, committed to growth as well as personal and collective evolution. I am a Mother, a very good mother at that, however, I do not allow that sole aspect to define me nor do I use my children as an excuse to be unavailable. Yes, having children makes my time feel much more valuable than it has ever felt before, but I am completely willing to make time for the right person/people. So yes, I search myself, dig deep in introspection and it isn't me. There is absolutely nothing wrong with me. I am as close to perfect as it gets. Furthermore I have passed the place of lowering my standards just to say I have a friend or friends. I have bent over backwards every which way and came back to myself vowing to never disown or betray myself, ever. Now that I have established that I hate the state of the world, what women have become and why that concerns me on a basic personal level as a perfect women without friends, I also want to point out that men, while generally happier than women, are not that happy either. The majority of men I have spoken to live a double life. There is the guy that their family sees and then there is a wounded animal, desperate to be nurtured and acknowledged but terrified of being found out. Because humans prefer industry and technology to simple joys and natural living, men are reduced to hunting in the grocery store and fighting in virtual settings. Most alpha males are behind bars. Men are told that their very nature is wrong and the only way to be seen as good is to play by all the rules, many of which are stifling and soul draining. Women are taught to fear men, especially their sexuality. It is no wonder relationships are so difficult and divorce is so common. Boys were told to keep their sexuality under control and private from their family and girls were taught to fear and evade sexuality altogether. It's a big deal because sexuality or sexual energy literally affects and creates every aspect of life! An unhealthy or fearful sexual perspective is the ultimate form of fragmenting and destroying life, period! So when I assert that honesty in relationships is of utmost importance I say it which the deep understanding that honesty or exposure is the first step towards healing, and the world needs healing. I can not lay back and act like chronic depression, divorce, sexual repression/abuse, starvation, poverty, homelessness, animal abuse, greed, obesity, illness, mass murder, misery as a way of life, rape of the planet is all ok and a normal part of life. Life was NOT meant to be like this, I know that, with every fiber of my being. I do not see any political party or politician addressing the root issues but instead toying with the symptoms. So rather than waiting for Jesus, Allah, the Grey's or the next president to 'save' us it is time to save ourselves through radical measures and I am not talking about more shootings or bombings, I am talking about radical honesty, with everyone. I am talking about radical self acceptance. I am talking about quitting the blame game and being real. We can only begin the work- cooperation as men, women, young and old, black, brown, red, yellow and white, once we stop pretending. It's time everyone humble themselves, everyone. All the rugs lifted, swept, all the closets cleaned. No more secrets, no more hidden agendas, no more lies! THAT is true humility. No one will reach perfection until they stop pretending to be perfect, until they stop pretending to be what they are not. We have a lot of work to do and it has to start somewhere. What kind of hypocrites are we? Gathering around the Thanksgiving or holiday table groaning about the government and shitty politicians, angry because of the lack of transparency the government gives, while we are all living a miserable lie. Why bother demanding the government, who represents us, be transparent and honest when we can't even be honest with ourselves! Why bother saving money for our children and grandchildren just so they can continue the cycle of misery, brokenness and destruction? I hear people so upset and miserable in their marriages and yet go ahead training their children in the very dogma of repression that leads to failed relationships and cycles of sorrow. What will it take for people to stop lying to themselves and each other? I am not waiting for some catastrophic event, I LIVE in my truth and integrity but I'll tell you what, it gets lonely as hell. I am tired of hearing about revolution. The only thing we need to revolt against is our own lies and self denial. We need an Evolution. We need an Evolution of communication and cooperation. We need to stop wagging our fingers and shaking our heads at every public witch trial when we ourselves are just as 'guilty'. It is time we learn how to be real, flexible and honest with ourselves and each other. I am ready and I am waiting.

slavery is a product of greed ( desire for wealth) and is ultimately economically driven. it exists today. the civil war was not about slavery. the north needed the land/raw materials/crops produced in the south. the south was shipping tobacco and cotton to Europe and driving up prices. desire for excessive wealth/materialism is problematic and now destroying the earth.
