This song saved my life. A few years back, I almost drowned into depression when I went through what I must consider as the most devastating part of my life. Some people tried to ruin my image, my career, and my life. I was helpless at that time, that if only I could disappear in a blink of an eye and fade in the air, I rather would. I lost my will to live. I was uncertain about my life. I never knew what's going to happen to me. Along the way, this song helped me build myself and my relationship to God ever again, and it helped me in my process of healing. Now, God has put me in the place where I believe He plans me to be into. To everyone out there, no matter how many may try to bring you down, hold on to the Star above us. He will never leave you. He will rise you up. He will heal you, restore you, and keep you going. 🙏

How amazing is Mariah´s voice, even at this age, just speechless

I really like that Mariah loves Christmas so much but stays grounded enough to still know the reason behind the season, having co-written and co-produced this song. In my opinion this is the real meaning of success.

Mariah doesn't need to whistle note just to slay her own voice is perfect

Finally she gets back to her early days style. God I miss it.

Meaningful, uplifting and inspiring lyrics for almost 30 years and that's why she's my favorite singer/artist! I can't help but feel love and most especially God in this song and it's such a great time for its release especially with Christmas right around the corner💕

Same as most of her songs, she wrote this on her own. She has beautiful voice timbre, excellent technique, whistle and many other things, but her songwriting ability is not to be overlooked. She has an exceptional songwriting skills. I dare say she is the most talented artist in the music industry.

For 31 years I've loved her with all that I am. Miriah the the star was Alpha Ursa Minoris, which 2,000 years later has succeeded Sirius as our North Star. I prayed a couple of years ago for special wisdom and just like Scripture says, He is very generous to those who ask (praise His name!). But let me tell you this, Alpha Ursa Minoris is Latin for First Little Bear, and based on some research I've done, at 331 light years away, it is the very Throne of God. Mimilamb4life The hot guy I meant she’s she’s up there in terms of vocal ability and her voice has largely remained intact, she still sounds like she did in the 90’s, Mariah can still sing but there’s definitely been a deterioration or maybe it’s age, she sounds nothing like she did in the early 90’s. Celine’s biggest set back is she doesn’t write her own music and can’t really do the dance songs, she’s confined to ballads which is a bit limiting

I have just seen little parts of her episodes but the woman there is not her. I have always thought that Mariah is one of the most intelligent women in the world of music. Very down to earth and always ready to give her fans the best. I still have the hope of her singing in the same way as she used to in the 90´s, and of course, living her life away from the Media.

Granted I'm a huge Mariah fan so maybe I'm biased but this song is undeniably captivating. So simple and beautiful. She doesn't need to do the big runs anymore. She can tell a story with the emotion she sets in her voice. This song is a classic-sounding Christmas song. Reminiscent of her music from the 90s, but more spacious than any of the Christmas songs she sang prior to this. She's glowing here as well. I'm going to see this awful movie only because I want to hear Mariah singing at the end.
