actually she has nodes and cant whenever she wants. sometimes she wakes up and is just like I cant whistle today bc of her condition.

If you wacth the full performance (and the other 2 ones) you can tell certain bits have been dubbed, buy hey nothing wrong with that. I love these performances at Corden, she did an amazing job and looked bomb af!

There are more and better ones from 2014 you could’ve added imo, but from these the 2018 ones and Corden are the best

And with the covid she got rest , I'm so happy 4 her , when she do come slay 4 all of us she comes hard still , after all these years she still the queen omg . Team mariah go mariah she on fire

2 things... 1) Until seeing it lined up next to all of these other performances, I did not appreciate the 2019 whistles, from the James Corden's show performance, anywhere near as much as I should have. 2) It never really registered how many different iterations of the first "whistle note" she has given is over the years. The original is pretty complicated so I get why she had to simplify it here and there. Based off of what we see in this video, it's interesting to see what her new take is going to be as she switched it up each year.

1:18 & 1:58 crack me up because they sound like a deranged child or young animal screeching.
