+Luke Parsons Seriously though, I'm in my 30's, mom of 4, and I grew up listening to Mariah. Out of all of the female icons of my generation, she is/was (in my opinion) hands down the most talented. Vocally she had Whitney Houston, Janet Jackson and Madonna beat by far. Even though those 3 are the always mentioned before her for whatever reason. It makes me proud that the younger generations are listening to her. Our current music could never compare to this raw talent. We'll, maybe Adele ;) Anyway, if you haven't yet you need to listen to "Without You". She performed this so flawlessly live that it was added to her album. It's my fav. I mean, you're welcome

I’m always impressed by her lyrics. Yes she had a hell of a voice but the lyrics were always on point...they were relatable and also so sentimental.

This was Mariah's second single "Love Takes Time". How 25 yrs flew by. Can't believe this song is already 25 yrs old. Look how black and white videos were before HD Digital back in the early 90's were. I wonder where this video was shot nice beach. She's a great singer but she's still not a legend. You just don't get that "vibe" from her. She is truly one of the best of her time though.

The worst emotion. My love died, and I can't stop comparing his love to others I meet. When you know what love is and feels like it's hard not to want and be shown just that.

Mariah Carey's debut Album brought in the 90s with a bang! Mariah exploded on the music scene with hits right out of the gate! She is also one of the most drop dead gorgeous Women in music then and still now! 👍🏿😍💯🔥❤️🖤🤎🤍💃

She dominated the 90s. They don't make them like her no more. Her voice, music and imagine during the first 2 albums is my favorite. That curly hair is my weakness still.

My 2years relationship recently broke down because hes a mummy's boy. although we shared some great times, he cant see there is a problem, and has made the decision to end the relationship. This too should pass...and someone would make you smile again... I know its easy said than done, but it will take time to heal, take your time....at the end of the day you need to be strong for yourself... cry it out if you need to... then start taking it step by step...if it was destiny he will be back. Remember heart break is part of life...everyone have/ and will have their fair share of it...i hope this helps

Derrick Stewart I doubt anyone will wanna fight you on this. These three singers are known as the Trinity for a reason. As far as who is #1, that's a matter of taste and opinion, as any one of them can occupy that coveted spot. They are each living legends. I love all three. Each has done really special things that will stand the test of time. One thing is for sure: I feel lucky and blessed to have lived through all three's primes.
