The concert was dubbed for better sound quality. Today in 2023, when you listen to that concert especially with headphones, it sounds crystal clear, just divine. She really just don’t sing to sing she create experiences.

    1. Her mom was her vocal coach and did train her how to sing. 2. She met Tommy at 18, began dating at 20. 3. That was Proctor Theater from Here Comes Mariah Carey '93, not MSG '95. 4. You don't know what "dubbing" means and neither does anyone using the phrase on this platform. Made for TV concerts are 100% live, but not 1 concert. "Dubbing" is done when TRANSITIONING between the different takes. Each song is sung back to back 2-3 times. Carey is a vocal beast so she'll sing the song differently in each take. In one she may focus on her belts, in another take she may focus on her range. They will transition in between the takes. It requires an audio or visual to linger while switching from one to the next for a fluid transition. Whenever one multimedia is played over another it is called "dubbing". In some instances there could be a whole section where the view was obstructed during recording, so if they want to use that audio they'll have to play it on a different visual/take. The appearance has to be as entertaining as the song. All of Carey's vocals are 100% LIVE from that night which is where those VHS performances come from.

Actually her motdid discovered her talent but she didn't really coached her as Mimi has said in the past. As a matter of fact her mother was a bit envious of her talent and once told her that Mariah could only aspire to be hal7of the singer she is.

It's better if you use the updated live vocal range of Mariah Carey. The range was not updated and there were lots of mislabeled notes. Some included clips were lipped. However, you can use one from The Diary of Mariah Carey though that was from 1990-2016, it was the best live vocal range video of Mariah. The labeled notes were very accurate and almost all included clips were live. Additonally, her updated live vocal range was F2 - G5 - Bb7. All G#5s there were lipped but the last one from hero was a dubbed G5. And the A5 was lipped.

Autotune is def the reason for lack of talent, everyone including Mariah herself uses it now, it came out in the music industry in ‘97, and mariah stated using it in her 1997 album Butterfly. Basically the warped sound of singers’ voices when they use autotune means they aren’t on pitch, which is everyone😂
