@@lucasadriano6052 Yeah, in live there was a bit of a 'deterioration' (or rather change than deterioration) in vibrato eveness from the studio version, as she was moving into the Emotions era. Whistles got airier, lighter and the vibrato got quite a bit shaky compared to the studio debut.

People have the audacity to compare her legendary whistles to other artists with mediocre whistle register!

0:25 -> After JTTW 2001, it’s her best whistle in my list. The agility is unmatched. 0:36 -> Simply better than studio. 1:35 -> Best vocal performance of VOL with perfect chest-whistle-chest trasition. 3:14 -> No words needed... 3:28 -> Agility at it’s best. 4:39 -> No words needed: the return.

anyone with EARS can tell mariah was born to sing! it is UNDENIABLE!

Nobody really notice those whistles from SNL rehearsal. I really love them

My favorite era for whistles- so much power behind them, and so piercing. The someday whistle is my personal favorite.

Are Charmbracelets that delusional to think they're better than 90's (Rainbow excluded)? All we care about them is within VOL, MIH, I'll Be There, Band Intro and Hero, everything else was typical lipbracelet. Btw VOL transition gave me chills
