Maria being a rotten apple doesn't automatically make her sister one. We often see small to large differences in siblings. Also it seems that Rocos wife left him years ago. Because she made an enormous mistake in marrying him, probably very young, does not make her a bad person. If you have good members left in a family, it's far better to keep children with family. Just very sad there dog can't be with them all the time. But that's a big dog who needs plenty of outside to romp in, and Maria's sister might have to live in a cheaper apartment for work and a school for the kids.

But WHY did the new woman keep seeing this guy????? He literally was cheating on her with the woman who HAD HIS HOUSE BURNT DOWN the night of said act! 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

That sure got overlooked by a lot of the commentators…the girlfriend should have dumped him immediately after that. He slept with his ex wife while his current girlfriend’s home (and almost her) got burned down. Not sure if I was her, I would have even gotten involved with someone who had a ex spouse that was this psycho. RIP to this guy but you have to wonder about why a man could allow himself to be seduced-that is sickening in this instance, especially. No one thinking about the children in this crazy-making.

Yup. Off the top of my head: - Arrests after the first arson - definitely after the second - Hidden cameras - A heavy word with Maria & her father - Pulling them in for questioning and arrest after every terroristic threat - A restraining order - A panic alert bracelet for Frank - Slow rolling drive bys at Maria and the Father's locations by marked cars To say they dropped the ball is an understatement. I wonder whether they didn't take the Domestic Abuse/Stalking seriously because Frank was a man? 🤔 If so, that's sickening

Time and time again, the police department, DA, and justice system fail so many families by being incompetent. Not only that, but the fact that they don't give a damn about protecting citizens unless it's their family or that "thin blue line" family 😒 The threats alone should've been enough for a case to put this despicable woman behind bars. It's sad that it takes someone losing their life before the judicial system does anything.

How are police departments not held liable for stuff like this. Any time a department doesn't do their jobs and it costs an innocent life, the entire department should lose their retirement fund, and it should go to the victims family. You'll see far less of these instances

The police and DA did not do their jobs. She made terroristic threats that alone is an arrest able offense. Couldn’t prove burglary? She had the papers. And I’m sure they could have used her phone GPS. The fire, she basically admitted in a text. What did they want? For her to personally tell them she did it. Everyone else heard her threats.
