An awesome detail that can easily be missed is when they talk about the waitress and dude we saw earlier at the diner and how they say they don't recognize the photos of Toby and Tanner, when they very easily could have. But both of them are very much against the banks and might not want to help them get the money back
I really should just watch this entire movie, I already watched 90% of it as clips. lol
Bridges is one of the most severely underrated actors of the last 15 or so years
Hamilton has nothing to lose. He absolutely went after Toby. Toby was directly involved with the events that led to the death of his brother and Hamiltons partner, who was like a brother to him. Leaving us where the movie did was brilliant. But one or both of these guys is absolutely dead after the credits roll. Maybe not that day or even that year, but Jeff Bridges character most definitely hunted Chris Pines character down.
Recalls a time when movies were movies.
Retirement doesn't sit well with some people like Marshall Hamilton, for them, (stealing a line from Heat), "The Action is the Juice".
Great story, stellar cast and just such a damn good movie. Jeff Bridges is an American treasure.
Lol and midlands managing the trust. Great little detail explaining why that was such a good idea.
one of these really good movies that are so deppressingly good, I never want to watch them agian.
Figure you got one too...
This was a darn good movie.
Jeff Bridges plays a great cowboy
Love the soundtrack at
I wish they would find some oil in my yard lol 5 digits a month sounds great
Got to be tough for some Law Enforcement officers to leave behind unfinished business especially if their partner was murdered.
Excelente escena.
Love the music thought it was thomas Newman i was wrong still love it.
If his partner hadn't died he'd retire. But...resentment won't.
I like to think that Hamilton and Toby ended up becoming best friends after the end of the movie.
I love Jeff Bridges in practically everything he's been in. Why is he talking like that now?
