He wasn't NBA ready last year. As one can see, there aren't defensive highlights here. He worked on that and his conditioning, and next year he's going to be a solid player. People are hoping for the next Manu Ginobili, but I'd be happy if he turned out to be Sasha Vujacic. Hopefully he doesn't lose all he worked on during the Olympics, if him and Brandan Wright are ready to ball next year, watch out.

That's the thing... We drafted guys that are a fit for Nellie's, the Warrior's coach, system. We don't know if he's going to come back for the 08-09 season. Looks like we want to win NOW, and we don't have a couple years for him to adapt. Don't get me wrong, this kid is a good and cheap replacement for J-Rich (as much as it hurts to lose him). This summer better treat him well so he'll be ready for October.
