Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister and Finance Minister Ajit Pawar presented the state budget. On this occasion, the Finance Minister announced important schemes for various sections of the society including farmers, women, youth and laborers. The Finance Minister started the budget with the abhang of Sant Tukob. After that various schemes were announced for women including Mukhyamantri Lake Ladki Yojana, Mukhyamantri Ladki Bahin Yojana.
